Description of Work: I did not get my refuse picked up after the memorial day holiday. I had to maintain the refuse for the weekend. I called early Monday morning and someone came quickly. An apology was issued for the inconvenience.

 + -1 moreCountryside Disposal never picked up all of the refuse from the curb of our old house. We had to go over and pick it up ourselves and dispose of it ourselves. Very disappointing. We trusted them to perform a specific service we were willing to pay them extra to perform.
Description of Work: The company picked up our trash on a weekly basis. We live in the country and use a large "bin". The last week of January, 2015, we called Countryside to let them know before their arrival that there would be a larger pick-up, including bags and some small furniture due to a move. We were advised of the extra cost and agreed. They stated they would be able to pick it up on it's scheduled pick-up day. It was not done. We called again, and again were told at least twice that it would be done and was given a date.
