You know us. The Beauchamp family companies have been a mainstay in Southeast Michigan since 1976. 1976: William Beauchamp and sons started Village and Country Soft Water Co. 1986: Beauchamp developed K-Life, the first salt substitute for water softeners which propelled the company as a leader in water treatment. It remained a successful, thriving, family business until it was sold in 2002. 1992: Jerrad and Leslie Beauchamp started Beauchamp Lawn Care and Landscape Supply which has grown into an industry leader. 2006: The Rental Store opened and quickly became the go-to rental venue for Livingston County. 2007: Beauchamp started One Stop Landscape Supply as a top source for landscape supplies in Oakland County. 2011: The Pond Place was acquired and transformed into the preferred choice for customers in need of pond products and expertise. It is known nationwide for its knowledgeable staff. 2013: Beauchamp’s of Ottawa Lake, MI was started. A 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art home & garden center offering a combination of lawn services and supplies for Monroe county and the greater Toledo Ohio area. 2014: Beauchamp Water Treatment and Supply The creation of Beauchamp Water Treatment was motivated by a deep passion for the industry and by the numerous requests for the core values and services that William Beauchamp & sons started.
