Horrible workmanship, uneven grout lines, used grrout for the floor on backsplash(sanded grout on glass tile and wrong color), took 6 weeks after tile was layed to grout.  The floor is "wavy" can't slide a chair or mop across it. Although the initial price seemed reasonable, it ended up costing a lot more in the long run.

I looked at a number of different places. The employees working in the showroom were extremely helpful. Kerri was incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. Their prices for installation were lower than alot of the main places around here, and the technician was very polite and did a great job. He really took his time and made sure he knew exactly what I wanted, without any pressure or feeling like I had to rush. That's the overall attitude I got from the entire store. I had the floor installed diagonally, and there was no waste. Some of the tiles were broken, but he was able to even use all of the broken tiles!
