Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment with them and they never showed up. I called them a few hours after the scheduled time and was told the tech was busy that morning. When I informed them of my displeasure, I was told they have plenty of work and didn't need my business. If they can't arrive on time or at least call to let me know they are not coming, how reliable will they be when I need service.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. They had to work around our painter and neither one had any problems. They were done quickly, they cleaned up everything afterwords, and they job looked great. I was not home when they did the work and when I got home, I noticed that they didn't put the light in the closet. I contacted them and they apologized and came out as soon as it worked out for both of us. Again, I was not home, but when I did get home he had not only put in the light, but he had left a few spare bulbs for the cans. Thanks!! Jef has also done several other jobs at my house. One when he was working for himself and now 2 with Lanrock Electrical. He has done an excellent job every time. I trust him enough to let him work on my house without me being there (at that is saying a lot for me). Highly recommended!
Description of Work: They added 6 cans lights in our family room, 3 cans in our hallway, moved one light switch, added 2 light in our kitchen and one in our closet.
