Brad is great to work with. He delivered and picked up the dumpster at the times we wanted and answered all of our questions. We plan on using his services again.

The communication and customer service was key. They returned my calls. Followed up with reminder texts, for delivery, pick-up and billing. It was a very pleasant experience to work with them.

Brad was very patient and worked with us on a date that worked best. He also worked on a price so that we ended up using the service for burnable waster only and that was cheaper. Delivery and pick-up was easy and on time.

I was initially worried about how much renting a dumpster would cost based on initial web searches. When I reached out to J&B, it was, quick, easy and reasonable. They were professional about the whole process and communicated effectively about the process, which was flexible. They arrived when they said they would and picked up in the same manner. Also, not that aesthetics were super important to me, but the dumpster actually looked brand new, so it was not an eye sore.

I rented a dumpster for 24 hours to remove landscaping and rocks - the dumpster was large and fit everything it needed to. While it was dropped off an hour late, my contact stayed in touch to let me know about the delay and was very polite and helpful. I would recommend J&B if you need a dumpster for personal use!
