Provide you with an estimate, schedule your job at your convenience, be there on time and complete your job on schedule. Offer you a choice of finishes. I have been using Glitsa Swedish Finish since 1985. Glitsa is an acid-cured urethane and is considered to be one of the most durable and good looking urethane finishes available on the market. I am proud to introduce an environmentally friendly choice: Rubio Monocoat Natural Oil Finish. Monocoat has no VOCs, comes in a spectrum of 34 colors in a silky matte sheen, is durable and unlike urethane, is highly repairable. Keep your house clean and safe. Guarantee your satisfaction.I will: Remove and replace damaged floor boards. Add on to existing floors and after sanding and finishing the new floor will blend perfectly with the existing floor. Supply and install the necessary trim pieces, like shoe molding, reducers, and flush mount heat vents. Nail down loose spots. Fill cracks. If you want a wood flor installed I can help you choose the right product for your needs, tastes, and budget. I will make sure moisture levels are correct, make any necessary repairs to your sub-floor, secure your sub-floor to the floor joists, sand or shim your subfloor flat to the manufacturers specifications, and correctly install your floor. All of the filling and sanding in the world can't correct a bad installation, so get it done right. I will install your choice of prefinished or site-finished flooring.

Do not hire Frank for work on your wood floors. He did a terrible job in our new home. Not only was his work unacceptable but how they treated us was terrible. His sander left chatter marks all over our new floors. He admitted the marks were there and apologized but refused to fix the floors. We had to get an attorney involved to get our money back. I would never Recommend Frank. There are many other companies that do wood floors.... go with one of them

Floor was installed, all seemed fine. After removing all base board heaters, we questioned a missing board underneath and he said he ran out of wood. Then we asked about a couple raised boards, a few corner chips on some planks, and the varying 1/2 inch on the walkway he installed that was 47 3/4 at one end and 48 1/3 on the other end. Told we were too picky and should’ve hired perfect floors in Rochester and he walked out and said he wasn’t finishing the job. He owes us $1800 for a job he didn’t complete that we paid upfront. Totally unprofessional. Would never recommend him to anyone.
