I had researched multiple business to have 3 groundhogs removed. Loretta’s company trapped and released into a wooded area. This was what I wanted. Not killed. Most of the companies trap and kill. She was very polite to the point when talking with her. She explained everything to me. She did not collect the money for all the groundhogs. I paid as she put out the trap. Once she picked up she would leave another trap and I would pay her electronically that was a plus. I didn’t need to be home. She kept in contact with me through the whole process. After she trapped the 3rd ground hog we noticed there was one more. No problem for her. She just another trap. She said she leaves the traps at my house until she traps not a specific time. I liked that too. I would hire her company again. She is a small business not a franchise or a big company that doesn’t care out their customers. It was so refreshing to have the owner speak with you and show up.

After determined efforts to locate animal under deck, animal was found in a row of lilac bushes . Both men were determined to find the source of the odor and persevered until they found. They returned the removed boards to the deck and removed the animal remains. Very pleased with their work!

I had a groundhog that must have drowned in my garbage can. Loretta was excellent! She was able to dispose the groundhog and the trash bin for me. She even cleaned the area with bleach to lessen the smell and provided tips to clean the area. They were the only critter control company that called me back with minutes.

They did a good job once they showed up. The only issue i had with this company is they were late (by 1-2 hours) for the estimate and to do the job.

I called two other companies and one of them quoted me for repairs,sanitation, etc. they did not remove the dead possum in the crawl space. Pesky critter did. I called them on Friday and they were available to come out Saturday but we had to reschedule that to Monday because we had something come out. They then came out Monday and removed the dead animal when I called two other companies that wouldn?t do it.

We had a bad oder coming from our attic which could only mean one thing..something’s dead. I placed our issue through the app and was immediately called by Pesky Critter Removal. Trevin showed up with his partner around an hour later and went to work. They were able to locate the issue in a wall and pulled out 8 dead mice. They were very professional and efficient. I am also using them for the exclusion which should take care of any future issues. I only deal with smaller local companies and would highly recommend them. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. I was charged $165 for a woman to pick up a dead turkey buzzard off of my front lawn. The turkey buzzard had been decapitated and dismembered by an owl in the middle of the night. While the pest control employee came the same day, she quoted me a window of between 12pm and 5pm. I called for an update at 4pm and she told me she had to pick up her kids from school or something and she would be at my home after 5 and that she can?t control traffic. She said she was coming from Clarkston at 4:20pm. It takes approximately 50 minutes to get to my home from Clarkston at 4:20pm on a weekday. The woman arrived at 6:17pm. This created a big inconvenience for my family. The dead bird had lost feathers across my yard, and for such a high price, I expected the woman to get all of them. I had to point the feathers out to her that she claimed were leaves. I felt badly because she was walking with a cane, but she knew the job she was asked to do before she arrived! Bottom line: poor customer service here. I would not use them again.

The tech who came out to set the traps and remove the skunks was very knowledgeable, all 4 skunks were caught in one evening. He rechecked the den for others, he walked the perimeter of our home looking for other possible nesting sites, He went up into the attic and checked that space as well... Loretta, the office manager was plesent and called every time the tech was on his way over. We were very pleased with our experience with NIMS Pesky Critters

Had them out to remove a dead mouse from a wall. They found it, removed it, and installed 3 one-way vents to allow any other mice to escape. Told it would be 2 weeks before they remove the vent tubes. It is now almost 8 months. Several phone calls and texts, being told they would put us on the schedule, someone would be out that day, they could not work because of the winter weather, claimed to have 4 deaths in the family, and now their truck was in the shop. The tubes have attracted wasps. And the lady was extremely rude and wondered why I might be upset? Was told June 4 someone would be out within the week, and here we are on June 19, with yet another promise of someone will be out soon. Completely unacceptable. Half stars are too good.
