Update: After reading my review, Jim called me to try to offer a solution, which was to bring back the full dumpster and move everything into a new dumpster (not his) and bring me back my check. I had mentioned that I already got a real 20 yard dumpster after filling his 16.5 yard dumpster. I explained I m not spending hours moving the stuff and told him to just cash my check. He then lied and said he had previously offered me a 15 yard for free. This never happened. Then he threatened me and said I would regret this, I better watch out and I don t have a leg to stand on. About a week later home advisor contacted me saying he was contesting my review, that he had proof his dumpster was 20 yards and that he had a copy of a contract he gave me. More lies. He never even got my email address. And home advisor obviously never got his documentation that he said he could provide because my review is posted. He also admitted to me that the company that fabricated his trailers (so called dumpsters) made them too small but no one ever noticed or said anything. So why does he charge for 20 yards when he knows people aren t getting 20 yards? Go to any dumpster rental site and it ll give you dumpster dimensions. I just hate to see people get ripped off. Use a measuring tape and basic math if you rent a 20 yard from this guy. Also 20 yard dumpsters should have 2 axles. His is a trailer with 1 axle. It s a $50 over charge.

I needed a dumpster last minute for a quick 24 hour turnaround. They met my expectations, was on time and customer service was top notch. Only reason for a low score on cost was I was offered after I booked from two other companies a lower price. I did get what I asked for when I asked for it so I guess the price will have to surface. Will I do business with J&M again... absolutely.
