It went very well they helped us set up a system that made it easy for us to help participate also in the cleanup. It was a situation my sisters and I were unprepared for, and they came in and made it easier to handle, Very professional, but also very helpful in letting us go in and take the things we needed to save. They are kind friendly people who enjoy this line of work. And they make you feel at ease, I would highly recommend Aftermath 200%. They did what they were hired to do, and I think they deserve the grade A not F.

They were honest on what was able to be saved and what wasn't . Due to the cat urine on any fabric or wood. I would hire aftermath again. They were wonderful to work with. They are upfront and honest on what has to be done. I would definitely hire Aftermath again they did a fantastic job . They gave 200%.

Aftermath was hired to complete clean out of a 2 story colonial home with a garage and basement that was found to be a hoarders home with 8 uncared for cats . I had quotes from other companies. Aftermath was far and away the most thorough and detailed in explanation of there service. All aspects of the team from the initial contact, office staff , the job site supervisor and the team who cleaned worked incredibly **** ** our behalf. They guided us through a challenging situation, always with care and respect. The helped us salvage as much personal property as possible for this biohazard situation. All aspects of the job were professionally handled. All details from dumpsters to safety were covered. I recommend this company 150%

The contract with Aftermath was for the interior of the house and the house only. They threw out two perfectly working refrigerators I had in my garage. I had a pantry area set up in the garage, they threw out all of the canned goods and dried pasta and crackers, etc. in the pantry. They threw out the artificial Christmas tree that was stored in the garage. They also threw out all of the cushions for my outdoor furniture, again, in the house and not affected by the cats. I was in a rehab facility because of a car accident. I had discussed the power of attorney section of the contract with them over the phone. I told them that no one had power of attorney and they were to call me if there were questions about anything. I also crossed out that section of the contract and marked it "not applicable". They never called me, instead they would do whatever one of my family members told them to do. I specifically told them, before I signed the contract that no family members had the power or right to decide what was thrown out and what wasn't and they were to call me about any decisions. They didn't. They listened to who was screaming the loudest (I wasn't consulted), as a result they threw out my wedding dress that had been cleaned and preserved and was wrapped in plastic and boxed. They threw out several teddy bears that my Mother-in-law had made for me, I've been told by friends that they even threw out a full set of Pfaltzgraf dishes that I used everyday (ever heard of a dishwasher people). They also threw out a set of antique dishes I used as well as a four piece set of Royal Dalton my husband had bought when he was in England. I never received a call from them with questions about what should be packed and what shouldn't. I'm sure that there will be several surprises when I'm finally able to go home from rehab. I've tried calling Aftermath to discuss all of this but all I get are answering machines and no one will return my calls.
