RANDY'S CERAMIC INSTALLATION

This is a third-level down utility where furnace, washer/dryer and hot water heater are housed.  I previously laid about 1/2 of the floor, then had Randy finish it.  He mostly did pretty good, but with a couple exceptions.  He cracked a tile at the door going out into the garage and still installed it, left a gaping hole behind a pedestal sink(I guess he thought it wouldn't be seen), simply due to how he cut the tile going in that area, and did mismatched seams in an open area between the furnace and hot water heater that could have been perfect if he had cut down the first tile going in.  I can't understand why a professional would choose to do a less than acceptable job in any section of his work.  He had previously put tile in a shower for me and did okay.  I think he gives good prices as a trade-off for sub-par work.  I would not hire him again.
