Very well - he met the price I was willing to pay and I have received compliments from neighbors. I would suggest that he not recommend and that you do not hang garland with lights around the door. They fell in and got caught in the door and one of the lights broke off.

They showed up on-time. They even put the plastic slippers when coming into the house. I have nothing but good to say about this company. They were a fantastic company! For $110 you just couldn't beat the deal. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job of power washing our siding and washing the windows inside and out. Cost was very reasonable. They were very thorough. Not only the siding was washed but also exterior of gutters, downspouts, all trim, soffits, fascia, and garage doors. The windows just sparkled when they were done. Even the dirty window sills looked much better! Next time I get my windows washed, I will call Shine for sure!

We are very impressed! After being blown off by another company, Shine Window Care came right out and gave us an estimate that was much lower than the first company. They scheduled an appointment for a few days later, showed up on time and did an excellent job. We live in a 100+ year old 3-story house so it was a big job! They were polite, professional and detailed. We will not hesitate to hire them again.

On June 16, 2016 Shine of Lansing Window Washing washed all of the windows inside and outside of my home, and I was tremendously pleased with their service.  I was impressed with my initial contact and continued to be until the completion of the service.  The Owner portrayed such a pleasant and professional disposition and was quite responsive.  The two workers were extremely pleasant as well and very professional.  They removed their shoes when working inside of my home, and that is not often done by workers.  They arrived slightly earlier than what was told to me, however they called me on my cell and I was a very short distance from my home which allowed me to arrive within a few short minutes of their arrival. 

What I paid for the service along with the first time user discount was quite fair in my opinion, especially considering the quotes I received from other services, even those used in the past.

In closing I will say that if Shine of Lansing continues the practices exhibited to me, their business will continue to grow and the favorable publicity they will continue receiving an A rating.

The owner of SWC gave me a reasonable and very quick quote and explained what his company specializes in, and what he could do for me when it came to cleaning windows, siding and power washing our back patio/steps.
The Shine Window Cleaning crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quick. They did an outstanding job from start to finish! It would have taken me several days alone just to wash the siding on my house, let alone all the other tasks I had listed above. The SWC crew did it under 5 hours (I own a big house), and there was only 2 guys here?!!
I will hire SWC every spring to clean windows, siding, and do power washing. GREAT CREW and I Highly recommend them for all your deck/patio power washing, window cleaning, and siding wash projects!

A coupon from another online site first brought Shine to my attention in July, and in early August a very friendly younger man from the Grand Rapids office came by to make an estimate. He gave estimates of window cleaning, screen cleaning, power washing the house, porch, and decks, and submitted a written estimate electronically as I asked. As fall came we had other tasks we wanted to finish on the house first before having the windows cleaned, so we didn't call until October to schedule work. Money became a bit tight for us, so we decided to put off all but window and screen cleaning.

Josh arrived a bit late the first day (Friday, November 4, 2011), but called ahead and kept me informed. He was working without his regular helper, who I believe was ill that day, so jobs were taking a bit longer without a helper and an extra pair of hands with his ladders, etc. He was friendly and extremely polite and got right to work, patiently answering my questions as he began on the inside of our dramatic picture windows on the back of the house overlooking the river. We have an 18-foot ceiling peak in the living room, so the upper bank of windows is a challenge for an acrophobic (fear of heights) person like myself. Josh was extra careful bracing and cushioning the ladder to clean the inside surfaces of our highest windows, and everything looked great as he took of the years of film that had accumulated with the previous owners of the home. Working alone he ran out of time and daylight, and arranged to come back the following Friday to finish. He and his brother arrived promptly and got to work, and finished in a couple hours. The screens had so much dirt and debris that we couldn't believe the difference. We had tried cleaning them ourselves, but didn't brush as skillfully as Josh and his brother. They kind of taught me how they do it, and even left one of their old brushes so we could keep up with the screens ourselves. Josh gladly touched up a couple streaks on one of the upper picture windows on the back of the house and everything looked wonderful. We can't believe how much better the views of our woods and riverbank are behind our house--and sorry we didn't do this sooner after moving in. We had lived in the house more than a year with the dirty windows and screens, and won't ever let them get that dirty again.

Next Christmas we are definitely contacting Shine about their holiday decoration service after the "adventures" we had this year we light timers and extension cords. I'd rather let pros deal with all that, and clean up to boot! For the price we got about eight person-hours of quality work on our windows and screens, and expect the annual cleaning to be quicker and easier in the future. We will use Shine every year and recommend them to everyone.
