Overall it was an excellent experience. John diagnosed the problem with my old computer. Brian went more into detail about transferring the files and my options. Michael transferred the files from my old computer to the new. Meagan was the associate I checked out with and directed me to the appropriate people during the process. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful.
