Lansing Nissan

The delivery went well. I'd like to probably pay less for it but they have to make a profit. The prices always shock me.

Their overall knowledge of the vehicle and their ability to keep it running is the best. We've really not had any major problems with it. They've performed the maintenance regularly and we've been pretty lucky.

I know there were at least 2 people that worked on it.

It was under warranty. They had some difficulty with it so we had to take it back in. They repaired the window but it had a rattle after repair and they had to go back in and tighten it up. They replaced a part but unfortunately when they reassembled the door they didn't tighten everything up. So there was a slight rattle when you got up to highway speed. They just had to tighten some of things up and make sure it was back to factory specs. We didn't have anymore trouble.

They're fairly pricey. There's not much they could do better.

It's on a regular cycle- sometimes 6 months sometimes 3 months. They're fast as far as getting the vehicle in. Quality of service is excellent. They're very knowledgeable and if we have questions they can answer them.

The work is always done fairly quickly. Car's returned in excellent shape. They're pretty reliable when they give you an estimate and the timing. Typically the prices are a little bit higher than I can get from non dealership service centers. Oil changes are a little higher than I would pay if I drove it into one of the quick oil change places but they know the vehicle since they obviously work on Nissans more than anyone. I trust the quality of the work.

They're fairly pricey like most dealerships. The work is good but the price is a little high. They're knowledgeable, prompt, trustworthy. It took about 3 hours. They're pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They always perform the work and wash the vehicle before returning it too us.

They're pretty good. We've been with them for about 5 years.

It took far longer than necessary. I used a coupon that they sent in the mail. I felt that while I spent a great deal of time waiting for my car to be ready, the end result was the generation of a list of recommended services/ repairs that needed to be done. One of these services (I checked the owner's manual when I got home) was not appropriate for my model of Nissan. Another service did not need to be done for another 6 months. Trust was broken.
