Excellent. They went the extra mile to find and make a perfect and beautiful shower door for my master bathroom shower. Always profession and prompt.

The Henderson glass on miller rd in flint mi was a horrible experience. We had taken in our 2015 Kia Optima for a windshield replacement. Once picked up we noticed a large scratch mark across the hood closest to the windshield with distinct suction cups marks right next to them. We were told they don't use suction cups and that was an old mark. This car is 1.5 years old and I take very good care of my belongings. After talking with the manager Eric who looked at them and said they didn't do that I asked he call his boss he said no and handed me a card and told me to have a good day. It's a $700 repair and I should not have to deal with this. I've never been more disappointed or aggravated with a company that can't/won't own up to their mistake. I would never recommend this place for anything of glass replacement unless you want additional damage done to your vehicle at your expense!

Both the individual that came out for the estimate and the one that did the work were professional, clean, and prompt. The company takes a bit to communicate by phone with appointments, etc., but it wasn't a big deal. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The sales associates were very helpful on finding the best price for me. The service was quick and effective. They did a great job!

They removed the glass and cut it to the size I wanted. They would not take my money and I was told that they did it for my son. We were greatly touched by their gesture of kindness. We have used Henderson twice in the past and always had excellent results. Suffice to say that they will always be our glass company of choice.

Both repairs were performed with attention to quality. At present, the kitchen window seal is not leaking. The staff was professional.

Everything went well. They started on the vehicles at the appointed time and were done quickly. Their prices are very reasonable.

They did great, beginning to end. Initial phone contact for a quote and scheduling was great and then everything went like clockwork when I dropped my car at the shop. They did a great job of communicating about when exactly it would be ready for pickup. And I didn't know it, but Henderson also does other glass work, including shower/tub surrounds, something we'll be needing in the future, and while I was waiting, one of the front office staff gave me a nickel tour of the options and their process for that service.

Everything went well. I did have to bring the van back to have the windshield wipers adjusted, but that took only a few minutes and without any additional cost.

They were exceptional in all aspects. We couldn't be happier with their service.

I purchased a groupon for chip repair. My mother used it on her minivan. As she explained it, it was a quick effective process. So far so good. I haven't even noticed the old chip since she had it done. I'm thinking I should get my own chip done now :)

Dated sliding glass door shattered. Needed to replace with safety glass. Window replacement glass was ordered and shipped within two weeks. Although the actual glass replacement was difficult due to the age and materials used on the old door, the Henderson agent worked steadily until the job was done. Only complaint is the residual chemical odor from the caulking used around the door.

I was about 8 months pregnant at the time of this service. They were very fast and accomadating. I made an appointment, dropped off my SUV and they were finished in about 30 minutes. They even called to let me know it was finished-since my mother and I did some shopping while service was being performed. The front desk lady even went out of her way to help me call my insurance company to see if they would cover price of service (got hassle from insurance so I just paid for it).
I was overall very happy all around.

I just purchased a 1923 American Foursquare home that had a lot of broken windows in the old pulley weight frames. Rob from Henderson Glass did a fantastic job! He measured, replaced and glazed the windows perfectly. He was so professional from the moment he introduced himself. We had three other glass company bids, but Rob was so professional and personable, we choose Henderson Glass. I highly recommend them for glass replacements. I'm very happy with my windows now.

Overall I have extreme differences in the areas of my evaluation.
The gentleman who came and measured and then later returned to do the job was punctual, friendly, informative and professional, although it was like having an uncle or a brother in law come to do the work because he was also personable. In the end he helped me with a few details that did not end up on the bill. Minor things, but important to me.

On the down side. After he made the initial measurements he left and informed me that "his office" would call me to set up the installation. This was Fall and timing was very important to me because the weather was going to become cold and I had only a week of available time to accomplish outdoor tasks. His office did not call after three work days. I called them and was told they weren't'' sure about the order and would call me back. They did not. Three days later I called them again. I was told the same thing. The would call me back. I was running out of time and out of weather -- because after the installation by HENDERSON I still had some painting to do . They did NOT call me!!
So I DROVE TO THEIR HOLT OFFICE AND WALKED INTO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA. Really really sad that I had to do this because part of their appeal is that they come to your house to do the service. I was really peeved by this time but remained polite. I was told that my order had been "filed incorrectly." While I was in the office I was finally given an installation appointment. !!!!! By now I was pressed for time and the weather was cold so it was less than ideal. But to continue to praise the installer, he was again timely, helpful, gave me extra tips and advice that he did not have to, given his job.
Take what you will from this but be persistent about getting your dates established, at the least.
I hope that my experience was an anomaly and that they don't have frequent scheduling problems, because without those issues I would be giving much higher praise to the whole experience.

The workers from Henderson Glass Inc. Company did exactly what they said they would do. They did it exactly when they said they would do it. I had no trouble with them. I felt that their price was a bit high. Otherwise, they did a good job. I would use them again in the future if required.

They were fine. The work cost me $850. The gentleman, who came out, was prompt, professional, courteous, and quick. He walked around and he looked at what needed to be done. He was very good. He had to order replacement glasses for a sliding glass door. It involved some waiting to get the right stuff in, but it came in just about exactly when they had told me. It was a couple of days late, but it was okay. They showed up on time and they did the work. So far, I have no reason to suspect it wasn’t done perfectly. I also needed a mirror put in an antique frame. I dropped that off at their store while I was waiting for the glass to come in. They told me that they would deliver the mirror when they came out to do the work; I thought it was lovely. I will use them again in the future.
