Buyer of our condo using this lender. ?Agent has been rude and uncommunicative to the point we almost lost sale because of him. He waited 3 days to tell our agent more paperwork was needed from the condo association then did not communicate what was needed properly delaying closing almost 3 weeks.?I traveled from out of state to close only to be told while enroute we would be delayed again. Buyer was left in a lurch with moving van hired and no where to go. Our buyer is paying 50% cash, and these delays are beyond absurd. Go to a real bank for your mortgage.
