Doc's is very good. It's a very friendly, professional place. The owner served me. He is a very personable guy and knowledgeable and tried to save me some money. I didn't have to go back there for anything else after the work was done.

Dropped the car off in the morning with a noise that sounded like a lawnmower was running in my trunk. I had no idea what was causing it. The tech drove the car and correctly ID'ed the issue within an hour and called me about it with a price and a timeline. The price was in the lower range of estimates for this work I've seen on this site and elsewhere so I agreed. There was a broken wheel bearing housing/bearings on the rear drivers side only, and this needed to be replaced. Note that he only said the rear drivers side that was broken and didn't try to sell me on the "if you replace 1, you have to replace the other 2/4" hub assemblies" I've seen at other places. Also said he had the parts in shop and could finish by the end of the day. I appreciated the professionalism and had them do the work. This was about 10AM in the morning, and I was called at 2:30PM-3:00PM when the work was complete. The bill had no hidden charges, and reflected exactly the quote for the job I was given. The problem was fixed.

We have a car with over 200,000 miles on it and they keep it on road. They explain the work in layman's terms and do a great job.

They explain what they are doing and they show me what they have done and will tell me if I don't need something done. If they don't take advantage of the opportunity to make me buy something then I think they are doing a good job. They are a good shop. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

Doc's beat a competitors estimate by $500.00, and did only what needed to be done. The dealer I took it to first wanted to do all sorts of extras that didn't really need to be done, at an extra cost of about $200.00. Doc's staff let me look under my car and showed me exactly what was going on. They had the repairs done in one business day. Great experience all around.

They are very professional and friendly. They are happy to answer questions. Joe, the owner, even printed out a diagram for the parts of the van that were making the noise. He looked up the price for parts and was able to give me an estimate right there. He even then gave me the part that needed to be replaced. We will definitely continue to use them for future service.

We have used their services for a long while now. They are honest and do good work for a fair price.
