This review covers both Discount Tire as an organization as well as this specific location.
Due to hitting an tire scrap while driving on the highway, one of my tires develop a sidewall bulge. On noticing this, I immediately went to Discount Tire. Since I bought the tires at Discount Tire in Illinois, I was concerned if I would have problems at Discount Tire in Michigan when the service rep (Jason) asked me if I'd bought the tires there. I should not have worried ... when he brought my record up, my entire tire history was available, even to the extent that it showed how they had swapped out the entire set of tires on my initial purchase.
Jason quickly explained that the tire replacement would be covered under the road hazard plan and projected a completion time of one hour. They then easily met that commitment.
In this case, the road hazard package easily paid for itself. In addition, the fact that Discount Tire has a wide geographical reach saved me due to being far from my original purchase location.
Kudos to both Discount Tire and Jason.

The staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and great.  It took about an hour and a half for the job to be completed, but it was just before Christmas and there was a snow storm.  The price is the cheapest in town.

My car's TPMS warning light came on, and I heard a clicking sound coming from the left front tire. I don't know if these two conditions were related, but I decided to bring the car to Discount Tire instead of the Honda dealer. I have been using this tire facility for the last 15 years and I have been impressed with their willingness to do more than is required in order to satisfy customers.
The service advisor indicated that one of the tire pressure monitor sensors had a bad battery and needed to be replaced. He also offered to rebalance the tires (for free) after I mentioned that I couldn't remove the lug nuts with the tire iron that was supplied with the car.
The service was performed within an hour. I was happy to see that the TPMS warming light went off and the clicking from the left from wheel stopped. Balancing the tires helped the car's ride.
One drawback of this store is that, as far as I know, they don't do wheel alignments. But I will continue to use this store for any of my tire needs. Several years ago I took my car to this store to have a flat repaired, and they repaired it for free, even thought I didn't buy my tires there. That's what I call service.

The experience with buying the tires went really good there were no problems. The tires have been fine and I have had no problems with them. They are high performance tires so they will last only about 45,000 miles. I would use them again in the future.

Great! I purchased a new tire and was amazed to learn that discount tire will rotate your tires for free, even if you have not purchased them there! I have been a loyal customer for years and this will keep me coming back.

I felt they were very trustworthy and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me the difference between snow tires and regular tires.
