Mario is a true professional! We hired him to paint the entire interior of our condo in Okemos. He truly went above and beyond our expectations. Everything was done with great attention to details. Communication during this huge project was excellent, also. Mario was polite and a pleasure to have around the house as he worked. I would recommend Angi's for the Home Advisor which made the connection to this excellent local contractor, and also recommend the contractor himself. Only one thing I would also recommend. That is to communicate to the appointment setting person at Home Advisor that you do or do not want Home Advisor the be the payee unless you want to go through Home Advisor to pay your bill. My first appointment was set up as pay "to Home Advisor." If you want to pay the contractor directly be sure to indicate this to the Home Advisor appointment setter. It is enough to have the name and phone number to which you can connect with the contractor. The fee to Home Advisor for the year is only $29.99, and well worth the connection. You can make contact and set up your appointment and proposal dirct with your contracotr yourself and receive a proposal and pay directly to the contractor. If the contractor isn't the right one, having paid your annual fee you can call Home Advisor and ask them for another one befor you sign a proposal. This slight mishap was soon corrected with two phone calls, one to my bank and the other to Home Advisor Customer Service. There was polite communication with Home Advisor and my bank encouraged me to keep working with you, so my misunderstanding was soon remediated and no longer a problem.
