Tom determined what would work for me and created a full proof plug/switch that I could use during power outage. Also installed cover over pool house outdoor switch at no cost after I paid him.

Very pleased with work. Tom is a very friendly guy who recommended what would work for me.

The weirdest thing is that I couldn't get him to come back to reconnect the island outlet after our new kitchen floor was installed.  I called him a couple of times.  Both times I left a detailed message, but he never responded.  Crazy.  I've never had a service person do that before.  I ended up calling another local electrician (A J Electric: also highly rated on Angie's List) to complete the job and handle the other things we needed done.  Very happy with that work, but still scratching my head over Fallon Electric.
Bottom line: If you don't want to come back and finish the job, or can't fit a customer in, at least call back and let them know.  Geez.

tom did a great job and my neighbor was so very impressed with his work he ended up hiring him for multiple electrical jobs at home and his busisness

Showed on time, worked well together, patiently waited around while DTE kept lying about when they were going to come to fix a problem with a connection inside their outside box. Price was right, and the work inside the panel is so professional that I want to pull the front panel and show people. This guy was recommended by the electrical parts guys at Michigan Chandelier, another outfit I trust. Jim Lyons

When I first called Fallon Electric, Inc. I was treated as valued customer. They sent out one of their Master Electricians to meet me (when I could be home, I didn't have to massage my schedule) and inspect the work that needed to be done. He gave me full and understandable explanations of my options. After getting other estimates I felt most comfortable with Fallon. The man they sent didn't try to up-sell me or criticize the existing situation. He was polite and courteous which was a refreshing change. Fallon Electric showed up to do the work as scheduled, on time and executed the work in a very professional manner. The man who gave me the quote is the same man who performed the work and he came with all the required materials (no surprise "trips to get materials"). All of the work was performed by the professionals - not the "helpers". All of the Fallon Electric folks were very polite (no foul language, etc) and they explained everything that they would be doing (turning off power, testing) very clearly so I had no surprises during the job. The man from Fallon Electric was able to get some of the materials at lower price than expected and passed along that savings to me. I was shocked (no pun). The upshot is that the final bill was less than the estimate by a few dollars. I am sure this was a rarity but it really made a big impression on me. I will definitely be using Fallon Electric again.
