It went fine. It was a rush job and they were able to fit me in

i called Dino in the morning for an emergency clean of our sectional as another provider backed out in the morning. Dino called one half hour before arrival. Dino and Dave did an amazing job on our sectional. We loved their service so much we scheduled with them to clean our up stairs in July.

Dino, the owner, was very prompt and professional in returning my call and scheduling an appointment. He arrived on the job right on time with Dave and they both did a fantastic job. This is the first time we tried the Chem-Dry process and rugs look great and so much better than the last time we had them steamed cleaned. The process was much quicker and they were all dry within a few hours. Would highly recommend them.

They were very good, and the service was very good. They did a very good job, it was beautiful, it did not smell, it was great. They cleaned 4 rooms.

They arrived an hour after the scheduled appointment time, but were courteous and went right to work. I think $32 for each set of stairs is a little high since the cleaning consisted of spraying cleaning solution and taking a brush to the stairs, and there is still a noticeable stain. The living room carpet looks good. There are a couple of visible stains that I would have hoped would have been removed, but I guess not all stains can be removed. After being asked to remove all the small stuff from the rooms (plants, sofa table, lamps, etc) beforehand. I assumed they would have moved the chairs and couch and cleaned underneath them, but they did not. If I would have known I would have moved them myself, shame on me for assuming. I stayed in the basement to stay out of the way; I guess I should have watched. On the bright side, the carpet in the dining room had a lot of small stains and now looks great! A couple of small things. I would have been able to give a great rating.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY GOT ALL MY FURNITURE VERY CLEAN. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL TO ME AND MY HOME. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THE PRICE WAS SIMPLY OUT OF THIS WORLD. I HAD A LOT OF STAINS ON MY LIVING ROOM CARPET AND WHEN THEY GOT DONE IT LOOKED BRAND NEW.

I THINK THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I FEEL THAT THEIR PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. I REALLY PREFER THEIR TYPE OF CLEANING METHOD. IT IS DRIER THAN THE STEAM CLEANING WAY. THIS WAY OF CLEANING CARPET ALSO DOES NOT HAVE THE CHEMICALS THAT STEAM CLEANING DOES.
