After my experience with Woodward Electrical Services, I would not recommend their services. My husband and I hired Woodward Electrical Services to fix the whole house fan in our home. An electrician came to evaluate the fan and replaced the switch, however, the repair did not work. We called and the electrician came to the house again, but was unable to fix the problem - although they did not charge us for the second visit. He stated that he needed to order a part. After a week without hearing from the company, we tried to contact them. We called at least ten times without a response. The call goes to an answering service in another state. The answering service stated to me that they then send a text message to the business owner with the information from the customer call. Eventually, I went to the address listed for Woodward Electrical Services. The address is a residential home - the person who answered the door stated that the owner of the business did live at this address and provided me with the owner's cell phone number. I left two messages for the owner, however, I did not hear back. Frustrated with the lack of response from Woodward Electric, I contacted the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint. The BBB was unable to get a hold of Woodward Electrical Services as well. It has been three months since we originally contacted Woodward Electrical Services, and unfortunately, we are out $150 and our house fan is still broken.

Installed a circuit breaker service with a generator transfer switch. Quality of work was excellent. Showed up on time - cleaned everything up. Dirk did a great job. Would definitely recommend Woodward electric for all electrical needs.

I've used Dirk for previous work, so when remodeling my kitchen and coming across electrical issues he was the first person I called. He got back to me in a about a day and half. But he was able to send somebody from his crew out right away and fix the issues. We had a few outlets/switches moved and about 6 new outlets added.

Derrick was very helpful and completed the job quickly and on time. I would use this company for any future needs

Dirk was on time, and I had a problem with one of the lights, he called and sent one of his men who came promptly and fixed the problem.

M-1 Electrical Services is a great company. Any time I have any electrical needs, I'll make sure to call them. I've used them on three occasions now and the work has been completed fast and done well.

Preformed task requested in a timely fashion

I wish there would have been better communication between him and I. He was repairing ceiling fan of mine and I dont believe he let me know all the options for fixing it. He rewired it without a remote instead of waiting to put a new remote in. Then after the fact he told me that to rewire the new remote it would be another service charge of $120 to come out again. However, he was very nice and I was very comfortable around him.

This man was wonderful and did a terrific job. No wonder he is rated so highly! Thanks for your help in locating him! He will be our electrician from now on!

Showed up when promised. Provided service on time, as quoted. Very personable and professional. He also completed other small ad hoc tasks while he was there and offered advice on some larger projects. I'm going to have him come back and hang my flat screen TV. Very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for any large or small electrical projects.

Customer service was great. He arrived on time and took care of my issue. I will use him again for future projects.

Excellent service

friendly, professional, seems trustworthy. not sure of price cause i didn't do any comparisons!

My only issue was his late arrival, after 5pm. Two of the jobs were outside, one in the garage. But he did keep me informed and even called to tell me he would be about 10 minutes late. I would definitely call them in the future for electrical work!

Provided a timely estimate; the company was on time for the appointment; the work was completed; all work was inspected; the work area was cleaned up upon completion. It was a pleasure meeting Dirk and having him complete the project. He has very professional work ethics.

This company was priced a little higher than another company that I had received a quote from, however they seemed more knowledgable and trustworthy, so I decided to hire them. I was not disappointed, he did the work for the price quoted, showed up on time and ready to work and completed the job the same day. I would recommend this company.

Had project done for a very reasonable price. Good work, good people. Timing was delayed, but was not an issue for me. An outside circuit did not work, but after some delay, was cheerfully made operational. I would recommend this company for a professional job at a reasonable price.

Dirk was my contractor for electrical, putting in my cfl for my city requirements. He met all of my specifications, and plus when everything was moved it was reinspected by a different inspector he met all of his specifications. We appreciate it. He's a good man, who does good work, who's very honest. All of our work is first rate. I would recommend him to anyone else, and I have recommended him to a lot of other people, we appreciate it.

Dirk arrived on time, he did a good job, and it was a pleasure to have him work on our electrical. I would highly recommend him.
