Unfortunately I paid for the whole season. That was a mistake because they don't seem to care now about the quality of their product. The lawn is filled with weeds and the house is still cover with spiders. Pick another company and pay as you go.

Excellent. Everything was scheduled online. 5 applications for 132.00 if you prepaid. The online interface is pretty easy to use. The first application went without any issue. Dandelions have not come back and it's only been one application. Would definitely use them again.

i NEVER would hire them again. Told them when hiring to not come when rain expected. One worker wanted to spray when thundering!!! Even the mgrs. argued re; "fine to spray in rain". I have a degree in biology and chemistry. I don't care what they try to argue.

We had rescheduled and came out multiple times on many different occasions . I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the work that was done. I understand you are a educated consumer which is great, all of our applications are done consistent to what the label on the products states, on how they should and when they can be applied. was great but never knew they were there or performed the service until I happened to walk outside and notice the holes in the lawn. I expected a notice of when they were coming and perhaps a follow up to check customer satisfaction. Other than that their application worked fine and the lawn thrived this summer. Could just use a little more customer coordination

They did a good job, though my weeds were never under control. And the did not notice leaking sprinklers at the time of turn on. It is possible something happened afterwards. They also tried to aerate a portion of my lawn that is obviously artificial turf, where the dogs run. They put holes in it. I went to a local watershed seminar and, form what I learned, decided to cut back on my chemical treatments. The company refused to take care of my sprinklers without more treatments. I thought this was very tacky to do to a customer. After a season with no treatments, I can't see the difference.

Lawn was first fertilized and nine days later, aerated. The technicians were prompt, efficient and answered all of my questions. I am pleased with the service.

They damaged my fence when they came out. I finally got them out to fix that. But they still never aerated my lawn, the work never got done. I would not use them again. They called several times and asked if they could close the account and I told them each time the work wasn't done. Nothing was ever done.

Had trouble with use of smaller machine to get through back gate. Did not finish and had to come back. Then when they came back their technician had nots to just do aeration and not fertilization. It was a good thing I was home at the time to get it rectified
