Good! The guy was so cordial and nice. The place was left clean, no mess anywhere. It was great! I've even referred him to other.

No complaints. Went just as expected, took awhile, but I see that as being thorough. The owner is very conscientious and cares about the work he does.

They arrived on time; I confirmed the estimated price with Dave and he confirmed the $350 estimate was accurate. They quickly set up their equipment and got started. They did not make a mess, they were thorough, they were nice and I was happy with the results. While they were there a scheduled furnace installer I had an appointment with, stopped in and he said he was very impressed with the thoroughness of their work. That was nice to hear. Although I thought the price was high, $350 for a 1300 square foot house. I called other companies for estimates and got similar and sometimes higher numbers. So I guess they were comparable. They also said I shouldn't have to have this done again for years.

They arrived on time and took care to not track dirt into the home and to not damage anything. I was shown what the duct system looked like before they started and when they finished cleaning it. When they finished cleaning the duct they then sanitized them. The cleaning made a noticeable difference in the dust level and the air flow out of my registers. There final price did not equal their estimate. I will recommend them and continue to use them as they recommend for future sanitizing and cleaning of my duct system.
