Soltman installed my old furnace and air in 1984 and after 39 years (I know what's the hurry the furnace worked but the air finally gave it up) the SAME company installed a new high-efficiency furnace and air. Soltman is a local family-owned business that gave me the best price and professional HVAC service. Buy local.

John Cissel, the owner, is awful. I have used them for over 30 years, but I would never use them again. They installed new Unico A/C in 2018. Recently the system stopped working. They charged me $250 to confirm that the problem was a defective evaporator coil that was covered under warranty by Unico. The labor costs to replace the part, $1900, was not covered under the warranty. Unico, reached out to Cissel, who expressed no interested in providing me with satisfaction. Awful and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend NOT using them.

Our furnace quit working on the coldest day this year to date. We called Soltman and they were able to squeeze us in that day. The technician, Brian, called on his way and showed up when expected. The work was very fast and professional. I would recommend their services.

They came to inspect the furnace. The furnace is very old, but at my age I don't plan to get a new furnace unless I have to. Just a furnace cleaning and check it and make sure it's operating for winter. I had been using him since I had the house in the 1960's. That's the reason I use him, because we always use him. He put the furnace in actually that I have, and took the oil tank out. That was a long time ago.

This was an excellent experience.  The installation technicians were on time, clean and very professional.  They did a very good job of explaining the procedures every step of the way.  The job was completed in less than a day and they cleaned up after themselves.  I couldn't be more pleased.

Service provided was overall excellent. The technician called and said he would be here within 5-10 minutes. He was professional, thorough, and explained what he was going to do. Our capacitor had bubbled from the high heat and humidity and he said he could replace it for $110. He finished up pretty quick, and even gave me the old capacitor to show me how it had bubbled and was no longer usable. I would definitely recommend them to others!

I called for service because we have an old baseboard heating system.  I was nervous we would have to replace the entire thing being as it was so old.  When the service tech came out I was relieved he was knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me a whole new system.  He looked at, told me that it could be repaired and it would be a problem.  He was quick, clean and it works great! I would highly recommend this company!
