They did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the results.  At the time they sounded like they were what I needed and they were in the right place.  I was looking for something fairly close, something fairly easy to get to.

Excellent. The cleaners were early, very efficient and informative

I dropped them off, but they can pick them up and drop them back. The workers, pretty much, they can pick it up or you can drop it off. I drop mine off. It was about $250 for three rugs.

They're probably as good as any.  They're one of the biggest companies.  Hagopian is probably the largest carpet cleaners that are around.  They do a decent job.   They're a huge company and I really haven't compared them to other companies.  I think I used another company once and they were fine too.  You know with 5 units; we've got hardwood floors in all of them, but we have the landings and the stairs are carpeted.  And the units, some of them used to have carpeting but they got pulled up one by one as younger tenants would prefer the hardwood floors.  I can't compare their prices while I think they compare with most of them around here.  I mean if they're exorbitant I wouldn't have used them.  My overall experience has been good.  I mean one time one tenant didn't think it was cleaned well enough where the step meets the wall.   And I just called and I said Jan, I've gotten on a first name basis; 6 places, right.  She said what's happening.  I said my tenants not happy.  I said if my tenants not happy I'm not happy what can you do?  They went back and re-cleaned it with no charge.  On price I don't know because I haven't compared prices.  I would say they're probably average.  They're probably not the cheapest.  They're probably not the most expensive.  I haven't compared it.  To me it seems like a normal rate.  If it all the sudden jumped a huge amount I would maybe check another company to see how they compared.  I mean there's some that are cheaper that come with a machine but they leave the things wet and it's a little bit more work.  They're prompt.  They come on time.  They're not the cheapest and they're not probably the most expensive.  They're probably average.  They're punctual.  They come when they say they're gonna come.  They're professional. They'll re-clean something if someone's not happy; obviously they've missed something.  This one tenants mother-in-law, she must have run a fine tooth comb along the edges between the wall and the stairs.  When I called she said well did you clean the landings and I wanted to say no I just did the stairs.  Yes, I did the landings too.  So she wasn't particularly happy so maybe they didn't meet her standards, but they're the biggest company here and I think they do a decent job.  I mean if someone asked me compared to others I really couldn't say because I haven't used anybody else in years.  You might just well leave that one go.  To me they're good and not that I've been using them every year but you know I can't say that they're the very, very best around because I don't know.  My opinion is good.  They do a decent job but they're rentals.  But they've come out here when I've had a spot and they've worked on it.  They provided me with good service; they have.  I'm happy.

They did a good job. They have been doing this a long time. Their crew was pretty good, but they could of done a better job. I wouldn't nail them on a poor job. Their price is competitive. They were in and out, so their responsiveness was good. Their professionalism was a little less than I would of expected but I wouldn't hammer them on it being poor. They were decent. They left the area clean. Two people came out to do the work. The workers were nice and professional.

As far as I am concerned at least with the specials I have seen is that they were cheaper than another company as of late. They use to go neck and neck, but I went to them when they got the cheaper pricing. I think it was 3 rooms for $99. They are about the same as another company but I got with them because of their prices. Their quality is okay. They are responsive so they get an A on that. They are very professional. Very nice people working there. I am going to use them in the next couple weeks.

Great Job buy the crew. In and out in no time. Arrived as scheduled. The carpet looks brand new and it's almost 30 years old!

Good cleaning; great job from the cleaning specialists. They had a special with deodorizer and stain treatment, which was great!

One person came out and it took an hour. They missed a couple of spots. They were professional.

The repairs were fone perfectly. The rug cleaning was great and all pet stains gone
