They were right on time and fast. The only issue that I had was that I noticed that one of the pieces of laminate kind of stuck up just a day after they finished the job and left. I could feel it when I walked across it. They came back and pulled the laminate out and found that there was a small pebble underneath. They took it out and put it all back together and they were very nice about it. I don't that they had the best price but they had good products. The quality has been good so far but it is too early to judge.

My wife and I were going to get engineered hardwood in the common sections of our house (living/dining/kitchen/hallways) and new carpet in the bedrooms. On May 6th, I called Home Depot to arrange a flooring measurement appointment they set up with Measure Comp. Measure Comp did not have any weekend appointments, and had no Friday availability when I called for 2 months. So I set a date for May 19th and was told Measure Comp would call me the day before to tell me a time. Soon I received an email from Measure Comp that they would call me the morning of the 19th with an appointment time (not the day before). Measure Comp called me the morning of the 19th around 9am and gave me a time of 10-12, and the tech arrived at 10:30. The tech was still in my house taking measurements past 1:00pm. Both my wife and I work during the day, and I had to take time off from work and reschedule several appointments around this appointment. After this, the tech assured me that someone would contact me the next day. We never received a phone call or any information from Measure Comp whatsoever. In the meantime we have had 3 other contractors out to measure for hardwood, and not only were they all more accommodating with time (scheduling times more than a day ahead), but all were able to provide an estimate within 20-30 minutes of walking through the front door. Not only did Measure Comp waste nearly 3 hours of my day in the middle of a work day, but they never bothered to contact me afterwards. Needless to say, I would never work with Measure Comp again. I have since received a refund from Home Depot flooring, and will not be using Home Depot or Measure Comp for our flooring.

This company is contracted by a home improvement store in my area to perform measuring for the installation of flooring. We had an appointment with them today between 12-2 p.m. I called them twice to confirm that the technician was still coming during the 2 hr window. They confirmed both times he was coming & both times took my cell phone number to call in case of problems. At 2:08 I called & the customer service agent said - "it's only 2:08 he should be there." I asked her to call & check. She placed me on hold for more than a minute, came back & said that the technician had already been at my house & was waiting out front. This wasn't true as I was looking out the window for 2 hrs waiting for him & have a working doorbell. They then called back & left a message at 2:48 p.m. after I'd already left to go back to work saying the technician was on his way. They called 5 minutes later to say "we tried to come but you weren't home" as if we had not been home during the 2 hr. window.
