Impressive Basements

June 24, 2015 contacted Mike about remodeling unfinished basement. Set-up appointment for July 9, 2015, he showed up early 0900. Talked to him about dimensions and he discussed ideas about the panel walls and maximizing space for Washer& Dryer enclosure and additionally for easy access to the sump pump and pit. Work started promptly on Jul 28, 2015, within two weeks all was completed with the minimum amount of disruption to our work schedules.

I could not be happier. Don and his brother came to my job (and my installer said my job was the smallest one they did last summer) and reviewed everything we had planned. They agreed to add on some small changes at no cost and did not try to "nickel and dime" me on everything. They were VERY prompt and professional. One day I think I had three different trades there working. Now a year after the job was done, I am having them come back and do some work, which they are going to do with no problem. From start to finish, it took less than three weeks (the bathroom added a week). I would highly recommend them.

From the initial meeting to plan/design and get a quote, through the installation and follow up tasks, the whole process went extremely smooth. Basement was finished ahead of schedule and workers were professional and kept the basement clean and tidy while they worked.

Loved the result. Estimated time to complete was correct in number of days but weren't consecutive days due to holidays and city inspection timings. Loved the look and quality of the material. Every workman was professional and friendly and knew what they were doing.

Everyone was very professional and skilled.  The owners did a great job of scheduling all of the different tradesmen and materials when needed.  The carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and flooring installers were hard working and highly skilled.  I know I never would have been able to pull all of this together myself.  
The owners were flexible about expanding the job when I asked for additional features like extra lights and switches, electric plugs, and painted walls.  The new finished room took up about a third of my basement.  My job was bigger than some others because I needed all the old floor tile removed and new vinyl tiles installed in the whole basement, not just the new finished room. And I asked them to paint all of the concrete walls in the whole basement.  They did it all in two weeks.  Amazing.  They really do deliver impressive basements.  All of my family and friends just love the way my new basement looks now. 
I am glad I found this company and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to finish or refinish their basement.

Impressive Basements did a wonderful job on my basement. They were a great company. They're very professional and I liked what they did. They were punctual and on time. All the work that they did seemed very professional. When I asked a question or asked them to do something, they did it. I liked the professionalism of the company. I liked the general information not knowing what they were doing. If I asked a question, they would explain it to me. They did very well. I had three other quotes and they came in the middle. I was happy with the price.
