Hersch's Lawn Spray

Please avoid this company, they have deceitful practices. They try to scam you into an auto renew policy and don't give any heads up emails or info about auto renewing. They put a $31 dollar bill into collections without ever notifying me. I'm just seeing it 3 years later on my credit report. ? Avoid these guys, they'll be out of business soon with the way they treat people!

Good customer service.

This is my first season using Hersch's. I am impressed with their customer service, very friendly but not pushy at all. I appreciate that the lawn is hand sprayed. My previous company used a motorized cart that tore up the stones in my driveway and often oversprayed into my flower beds. With Hersch's they have a lot more control on application areas. So far I am very pleased with their service.

My lawn as is brand new sod, installed in late 2013. it started out a deep rich green color and by late season it was more yellow then green.  Hersch's fertilized my lawn last year (2014) I was not happy with their service as my lawn was the worst looking lawn in the neighborhood. They sent me a invoice for renewal this year but based on their service last year I choose to go with another company. Hersch's took it upon themselves to Re-new my service without authorization, and sprayed the same day as my the current service company did although there was a sign in my yard and a note on my door that le lawn had been sprayed. Called to complain and receptionist was rude  and I was told that a manager was supposed to call me back. No one called back, I called again 3 days later and the manager told me that I am responsible for the bill and that they will send me to collections. 

Do not use this company Overpriced, bad service, horrible results.

I have been using Hersch's Lawn Spray for several years now. Whenever I call with a question or request, the person on the phone is polite and extremely accommodating. I had to coordinate this service with lawn care services and the representative I spoke with easily pulled up my information were notes about when to come out from the past year had been made and added the changes. The people who come out are also always polite and do the job quickly. I highly recommend Hersch's Lawn Spray!
