"Hello Sir, I am not certain what has prompted this review. Referencing our database it appears that you did come in for a noise evaluation over 3 years ago on 7/13/2012. I referenced the scanned copy of the paperwork for details and seen where the technician did listen to the accessory bearings on the drive belt routing and found the noise to be present from there. I also see that we did not only "offer", but we did not charge you anything as you were not completely satisfied with our service. The technician who evaluated your vehicles as well as the service representative that you spoke with are no longer with the company. I hope that if there is still any disappointment you may give us another opportunity to earn your trust.
