Weed Man Lawn Care

The price was good, We are on a schedule when it's time they just come out and fertilizer and leave a note on the door for a head time I haven't seen them.

Arrived on day promised.  Delivered service as agreed upon. Did not try to upsale the contract and get me to buy other lawn services in which I was not interested. Great company.

Overall, we've been satisfied with our lawn care service from Eradico Lawn Care.  They have completed the work, as scheduled, over the past year.  We've been happy with their service but generally do not interact with their employees during the service.

I have a seasonal plan with them. I spent $80. Things have gone ok with them. They have done what they said they were going to do. I considered switching because I do not know lawn care that well and they do not give a lot of advice.

Jeff K. knocked on my door April 29, 2010 soliciting business for Weedman. He gave me a free estimate for lawn fertilization and lawn treatment. I asked him to write on the contract everything that the price included. In his own writing on our agreement it stated: Fall aeration and overseed back. Technicians came to my house in twice in May and another time in June to treat the lawn. I received a call from Tony on June 24 to sell me grub control treatment. I bought the additional treatment and paid $100. During that conversation, I asked Tony when I can expect to see a technician to aerate and overseed my lawn. Tony stated that those services are not included in what I purchased and would cost extra. I read to Tony from my contact what the salesman Jeff had written on it, indicating aeration and overseed back in the Fall. I was told by Tony that "he would get back to me". On August 30 (two months later) I received a call from Tony, around 6:30 (ish) to sell me yet another lawn treatment service. I reminded him of our telephone conversation on June 24 and that he said "he would have someone get back to me....and I have been waiting 2 months to hear from someone". Tony never apologized for NOT getting back to me from June, and once again said "I will have someone get back to you". I told Tony not bother with a return call because I am cancelling my account with Weedman. My lawn looks worse than it did in the Spring and your lack of professionalism and accountability is terrible. He said "Ok then", and hung up the phone. Ten minutes later (that same evening) I received a call from the owner of Weedman asking why I cancelled my account. I went over the details again and read to him from my contract. I also told him that he was calling at a bad time because it was during my dinner and if he really wanted to discuss the issue that he would have to call back when it was more convenient for me. He said that he really wanted to talk with me about the issue and agreed to call me back (I suggested the next day, Tuesday, Aug 31 at 3pm). I made my self available the next day as agreed and waited for a call that NEVER came. I am writing this on September 8, 2010 and am still waiting for that call. Needless to say, I don't ever plan to use their service ever again.

I'm not much of a lawn enthusiast, so hiring a professional really helped out, and kept the weeds at bay. Wayne's pricing was reasonable, and his service was reliable. Had we we stayed in the area, we would still be customers.

We have since, had no infestations. We were very satisfied with the outcome of this man's work.

We changed to Weed Man from Scotts, a national company that bought out the local company we use to use, due to their poor response. Weed Man took over three years ago and each season our lawn has improved. This season our lawn is the best it has been in years.

THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND THEY DID A THOROUGH JOB. WE DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH WASPS AFTER THAT. THE WORK THEY DID MUST HAVE BEEN EFFECTIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB. THEY CALL TO LET US KNOW THAT THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY. THEY SPRAY IN WHAT SEEMS LIKE NO TIME. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

THIS COMPANY IS GOOD. I AM PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. I HAVE ONLY USED THEM ONCE BUT I THINK, SO FAR, THEY HAVE COME WHEN IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME. I HAVEN'T HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM YET, SO THEY ARE DOING A GOOD JOB.
