Although I'm driving a Chevy, my wife has a Lincoln and gets service at Varsity. They do such good work and advertise that they do quick lube for all makes I decided to have an oil change on my car too. It is also attractive that they are open on Saturday and I can go early and there is no wait. Of course I don't mind a little wait because a Sam's Club is about 100 yards away.
By the time I got back from my shopping my oil change was completed, They also included a tire rotation and the car was washed. All this for $29.95.

Mick Zoccola was our salesman, and he was fantastic! The car I wanted was rare and he was able to do some research and was able to locate it and follow it's status. Their service department gave me a permanent discount for servicing parts. Later, my son needed a car really quick! We came here and within 2 hours they were able to get him a basic car that fit all his needs.
I went there today to have an ignition replaced. They were so nice, they drove me home while they worked on the car.

Before I purchased the care they said the car was not in an accident, but after I purchased the car did I read car faxes on the car and found out it was in an accident. I I was informed it would not be covered for repair because I did not read the car fax before purchasing it. I had to fix the car at my expense and it worked fine.

When I bought the car, I complained of a looseness or rattle in the right rear wheel. I had 3 or 4 oil changes before they found the broken control arm. I asked every time for them to look under the car to check the rear wheel. Each time they said that everything was fine. After they found the broken part, they told me that I broke the part. I am convinced that this was broken when they sold it to me since there was at least two years of corrosion on the part that was broken. When I bought it, they failed to tell me the car was in an accident. I found that out after I bought it through the CarFax report.
Since they replaced the control arm and put on a new tire, for about $500, the car has been totally different. Six weeks ago I submitted a Ford customer viewpoint report about this incident. I have yet to hear anything back from them.

Their customer service is excellent! I have been leasing there since sometime in the 90's. I have one person that I see there when I lease my cars, John Treharne. He is very professional, low key, and comfortable to work with. It isn't a hard sale, just logic and information. I was in the automobile industry for 20 years, and I know a good salesman when I see one. John knows exactly what I want. He knows that I am always going to do my research before I come to lease my vehicle. The service department is very good, as long as you have an appointment. It isn't a place you can drop in and expect to get out in a hurry. John is always there when I tell him I am coming.

Poorly. Tried to lie to me several times about the cause of the panel coming off, tried to charge me an exorbitant price, had car for several days longer than promised. Work not completed as told
