TREEMAN TREE SERVICE OF NOVI

This company, a subcontractor for Wayne County, cut down trees on the easement in front of mine and my neighbor's homes on April 1, 2024. They returned on April 3, 2024 to grind the stumps. While they hauled away the trees after they were cut, they left huge mounds of dirt and sawdust on the easements after the stump grinding and said they weren't responsible for hauling away the mess. I contacted Wayne County regarding the clean up on April 8, 2024, and spoke with Antoinette and another Lead Customer Service Rep, who was making very rude comments in the background, and they informed me I should reach out to Treeman Service myself to complain about the clean up. I'm not understanding why Treeman would not be responsible for clean up for the work, which is more than a few lawn bags of dirt. I was prepared to fill in the grooves with topsoil and reseeding the grass where they left grooves from driving the truck onto the grass, but it will take a truck to haul away the mound they left after the stump grinding. Since most of the reviews for this company are positive, I would think the company would not jeopardize their good reputation by the thoughtless actions of the crew that performed this job.

The Tree Man crew is a friendly, experienced, fine-tuned team that clearly knows what they are doing when it comes to tree efficient removal, trimming, disposal and cleanup. I recommend them highly. Bill B

Hired them separately to do my yard. They cleaned up after themselves., everything was gone afer job was done. The did a great job. Very easy company to work with. They are very responsive, kind and trustworthy.
