Fantastic service and really nice people. I needed glass for a jewelry Box and they were so helpful.

Mirror installation went smoothly. Tim instructed his crew in a professional manner, as there were several detailed steps involved in raising and positioning a very large mirror. They were courteous, professional, and easy to work with.

The shower doors are beautiful. The Euro shower glass installation was perfect. The sliding shower doors had to be redone. The doors were too tall and this had been discussed with Tim as the time of the order. However, when they arrived and were installed, they were an inch too tall. Tim understood the problem. He was not the one who installed the doors. When I called the company to explain about the problem, Tim said they would re-order the shower doors and install a new set with no cost to us. He recognized that the doors were not as he and I originally agreed they would be. My husband and I were pleased that the company stepped up to do the right thing immediately. Anyone can make a mistake but to admit it and willingly make the correction is admirable.

Tim and Mary were easy to talk with, and Tim provided guidance as to what would work best in a given situation.  We provided initial schematics on paper.  Tim visited our house, confirmed our measurements, and suggested some minor revisions to our initial plans.  The three glass panels and one glass door he made were perfect fits.  He and his son installed them without problems.  Clean-up was fastidious.  The look of the glass and the hardware is beautiful.  Tim's showroom displays provide an accurate picture of what you can expect.

The project went very smoothly.  Tim came out as scheduled, had several ideas around how to make things look great.  The space was tight and angles were a bit tricky, but he came up with a good solution even though it required a bit of extra work for him.
I had no idea that glass would work so well in the application on my stairs.  Tim's ideas really made my remodel look great.  
Installation went smoothly and quality was very high.  Everything done as promised.

Tim was very consultative and helpful in understanding our options. Turnaround time was quicker than expected and the Euro Shower Door is beautiful.

The shower door price was reasonable and craftsmanship was very good. The installation was rescheduled due to over booking. The second attempt, a few days later, occurred on time and without any installation problems. Tim suggested the towel hook be installed. This was a very good suggestion. We would do more glass work with Tim?s Glass.

Overall Rating is Excellent. Owner Tim is very professional, and just that a professional. Very knowledgeable about the product and installation. Very rare these days that the actual owner is also doing the installation. Tim does and does a great job at that. Pricing is competitive. Highly recommend.
Product is great. Also he does free service calls for one year for any shifts in the glass (which can happen naturally due to weather and house movements). So far have had no problems and the product is great.
Also his office manager is excellent to work with, she does an outstanding job and certainly contributes to the overall success of Tim's business. Tim should give her a raise! :-)

The job was perfect. These people are the best. Everything about them is the best. We chose them by looking online for Euro shower door and they came up.

I had requested the stationary panel be attached using clips only, no caulking. During installation Tim informed me that the panel would not bee secured properly with just clips, and that the bottom and sides would require caulk. This should've been known up front, but they were half way through the job so I authorized them to install it with the caulk instead of the clips.
The door did not initially fit, and Tim had to take it back to the shop to trim it. Upon completion of the job Time started to explain something regarding the stationary panel not being perfectly plumb. And sure enough, when the door is closed the seam between the door and the panel is obvious out of alignment. I asked if this could be fixed, and was given another long explanation of why it was not feasible.
Also, when you let the door swing back on its own to close it stops approximately 2and quot; inside the shower, not lined up with the panel. I was told by Tim that is normal, and there's no way to adjust it to stop parallel with the stationary panel. The mock showers in the showroom seemed to all line up with the panel after swinging freely, but maybe I'm being a bit picky.
Anyway, I would look elsewhere for a Euro Door company...for the money paid, I expected a high quality install and was disappointed.

Tim was prompt to respond, and showed up on time for the estimate/measuring appointment. His prices were a little more than some of the competitors, and a little less than others. On the first installation date, Tim had to cancel because one of the glass panels was cracked. It would have been nice to have known that before the appointment time. Also, on the date of the second installation, he was running a bit late. I thought our appointment time was firm, and got a bit worried after 45 minutes. However, he arrived shortly thereafter. I would have liked a call saying he was running late, or given a block of time for his arrival, in case he got delayed at a prior job.

Everything went well, from my first call to the store for initial information, to the install itself. Mary in the office was wonderful to work with, showing me options when I came into the showroom, as well as following up with appointment scheduling and payment paperwork. Tim came out for the estimate and was full of information on what needed to be considered, it turned out my door opening had some issues/challenges, but he was able to accommodate them. I also appreciated that he checked the grade of the threshold that the door would be sitting over, and told me he felt it was too level, that the water may run down the door and then out onto the floor rather than into the shower - this did not need to be a concern of his, had nothing to do with his product/service, but he had seen it happen enough in the past that he wanted to save other people the headache of discovering it later. The install was quick, and the door looks wonderful. Price was right in the range with other places I checked as well, but I felt the personal expertise and interactions this company offers make it stand out. Would definitely use them again.

Tim is a very nice man. The price was very high on intial estimate but came down quickly when I asked for a few discounts. I think I may have been able to talk him down even farther. He was professional, showed up on time and installed a quality product. The glass is very nice and makes our bathroom look very nice. Only complaint is that one of the pieces of glass had a slight bow in it. Very slight. His explanation was that glass can sometimes do that when it is tempered and glass guarded. I am impatient so I wasn't willing to drag him out to fix it but I'm sure some people would.
It has been about 3 months and the shower door still looks great.

We remodeled our master bath last year. The designer made a mistake in the dimensions needed for the shower doors we wanted. Tim's worked hard to make the design work, and after many months of use, the doors and beautiful and perfect. Tim's took a relatively major design flaw, fixed it, and didn't charge exorbitant prices. Only down side was scheduling, we had to work around their schedule and take time off when they were and quot;in the neighborhoodand quot; to get our issue fixed. Worth it, though a pain at the time.

It could have only gone better if the window hadn' t broken!!! We called a number of window companies for estimates. All estimates were approximately the same, so we based our choice on owner and staff courtesy and responsiveness. Office manager Mary was kind and friendly. We were given an estimate, and she made an appointment for owner Tim Iovan to come to to the house to see the job. Tim came out, confirmed the price, and warned us that, given the below freezing temperatures, the work should not be done until it was warmer outside. Tim is a very special guy. He explains everything, is kind, funny, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Glass is the family business, and he has been doing this, along with amazing bathroom showers AND stained glass windows since he was a little boy. I mention this in passing as I have an interest in stained glass, and the subject came up . He made the stained glass windows at Mexican Fiesta restaurant in Dearborn Heights, and taught classes in stained glass. A true glass artist! Tim is NOT a family friend; we had never met him before. He's just a craftsman who loves his work... a rare thing in this day and age. But I digress. Window is approximately 6' wide and 5'6and quot; high. At this juncture, I will say that the broken window was MY fault. The room was being redone, and I had placed styrofoam insulation against it to keep the empty room warmer. DIYers please note... this causes a temperature issue that fractures glass. Anyway... we taped the cracks and waited for and quot;springand quot;. Mary called us last week to let us know Tim had the window built and felt the weather was now warm enough, so we set an appointment for today, 04/11/2014. Tim, his son Tim, and various other workers arrived at the house on schedule , and set to replacing it. This was not an easy job, as the 60+ year old double paned window resisted all efforts at removal, and eventually had to be taken out piece by piece. It couldn't have been more laborious or dangerous, but the Iovans managed it all with skill and a good natured attitude. We've had MANY contractors at our home, but Tim's Glass is special!!! Was this inexpensive? No. (Again, MY bad). For what they had to do it was very reasonable. Will I hire them again? Unquestionably.

Tim was excellent at educating us on what we needed to be concerned with. He pointed out ideas and options no one else had. He explained the complete process in details. He went above and beyond by reinstalling the bathroom mirror, for free, with a more modern look- without the old style supports. The work was completed on schedule as promised! Even though his quote was higher than others, We just knew he was the right choice, and we were right. It is nice to deal with someone that you don't have any worries or concerns over. I could go on for ever, but bottom line is, and quot;You cannot get any better than Tim's Glass!and quot;

Tim did a great job. He showed up on time, designed a good solution. He installed within the 2 week time frame and the job looks outstanding. His showroom is impressive....and the whole transaction was handled professionally

It went well. They were available when I had an emergency and came out right away to help me. I am very satisfied with the service and the price.

I found it very hard to get a price from glass contractors in the Ann Arbor area to provide the glass light and door in the configuration I wanted. All of them wanted to brace the glass with a overhead rod which I did not want. But Tim

Tim's Glass had done several similar installations and quoted a competitive price to do the work. The field measure was done very quickly and a detailed schedule was provided for ordering of the materials, delivery and installation. To accommodate my difficult work schedule, Tim's Glass scheduled a Saturday installation at no additional charge. The installation went great and we are very happy with the final product. Tim's Glass is highly recommended.

He came out and measured. When the doors were in, they came out and installed the doors. The Euro doors look beautiful and are much easier to clean. than the old door with the rails. This shower had the tile installed at the wrong angle on the ledge entry into the shower(by a different contractor) but Tim has come out three times, until we had no more splashing out the door. They always got back to us immediately when we called and even though we are are on the other end of town from them, arranged to come back in a timely fashion. Without a doubt, I would have him come back to do another door!
