They were great!!

Had about 10 boxes of paper to shred. They showed up with the truck, the man wheeled a large bin up to the house and dumped the paper in there. He then rolled it back to the truck and the truck picked up the bin and dumped the paper in the side. There was a camera on the side of the truck where we could watch the paper being fed into the shredder. It was all done in just a few minutes. It was great and we would use their services again if needed.

It went great. This my four time using them and they always do exceptional work.

Shred Legal did not respond to my Angie's List Message. Message was sent on 7-25-2017 and it is now 8-1-17. I think that is adequate time to get a response, even a sorry not doing homeowner service at this time.

Great! Was done so very efficiently, quickly, and at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely hire again if needed, and recommend wholeheartedly.

We just put the stuff right in the garage and he just backed up and he took everything out of boxes and containers and put it right in the machine and shred it right on the spot. In terms of feeling safe with private document not any concern. He was friendly and called ahead of time to say he was ruing early. It took him no time at all.

There is not a phone number to contact someone. You must leave an email request for a quote. I did so on Monday and the site said that they will respond within 24 hours. They ask if you are a homeowner or a business? I am a homeowner and wanted a one time purge.This was also included in my email. If they don't want the business of home owners... fine, it should state so in their company information. Even so, if not there, then let someone know by email, not just ignore them. A number of companies are guilty of this behavior. It's easier not to call, than to explain why something isn't done. It's not rocket science, just good business practice

Things went VERY well.  Jerrod took the reservation and called the day before to confirm and give a window of time when the crew would arrive.  The crew arrived right on time and were very efficient in moving all of the papers to be shredded into the truck so that I could actually see and hear the papers being shredded on site.  It was a small amount of material so it only took about 10 minutes start to finish.  Then the crew took a credit card for payment which was convenient.

They were punctual, efficient and professional and I plan on using them again in the future for several file cabinets
worth of legal documents.

Shred Legal came out the day after I called. I received a quote. I had a 2 hour window and they were right within that time. A clean white paneled truck stopped on the street and I was greeted by two delightful gentlemen. They actually acted happy to see me and like they enjoyed their job. They brought a large rolling plastic container to the door and dumped my 15 banker's boxes of personal files into the container. They rolled the container to the truck and a door opened and lifted it into the shredder. The shredder turned on chewed it up in a few minutes. I paid the gentleman $115 for 15  banker's boxes and the whole thing took 15-20 minutes. Priceless! This is the only way to go. I could have never shredded it myself unless I looked at each piece of paper and tore off the private info to shred myself.  Thank you....Shred Legal. Great Experience in every way.

They did a good job.  I would use them again in the future.

Sent big truck with onboard shredder to my home. Chris rolled trash bin to my door. He emptied my bags of documents to trash bin. Rolled to truck and shredded. Very efficient and quick. Happy with service and would recommend to others.
