My wife and I went to Ray's to look for a chandelier as part of a large kitchen renovation. We walked around the showroom for five minutes looking at what we had in mind and were completely ignored by the staff. Not even a and quot;we'll be with you in a few minutesand quot; to recognize we existed. We are not impatient people; but, being so ignored we left and made a purchase at a competitor down the road on Grand River.
