Jake is very reliable and 100% trustworthy. I thought my stovetop by completely damaged by the prior owner's lack of cleanliness but Jake did some research and amazingly got it clean! I have very high cleaning standards and was not able to do what he did.

Jake and a helper arrived on time, were very careful to avoid an accidental damages from hoses, equipment, shoes, etc. They did a remarkable job cleaning carpets at my parent's home that had not been cleaned in several years. Results were very appealing. Performance was helpful and professional throughout. This is the second time we have hired Jake to clean carpets: once at our home as well.
