We have scheduled Premier for an upcoming move across the state. They came out to our house and provided a free estimate along with some moving tips and what to expect. They also provided a moving consultant that we have worked with to make sure we have everything we need prior to the move. We are on schedule to move in the next few days.

Gary came out the following day after the initial call to provide an estimate. He said it would take approx. 7 hours to complete the move. When scheduling the move, I advised I wanted an early AM start time. You do not know where you are on the schedule until the day before, luckily, we got our early time. The movers called when they were on their way. They worked hard, and handled the furniture and clothing/boxes and such with care. Everything arrived in one piece.

They came out and gave me an estimate to move all my furniture and boxes that I would pack. Two day's before the move my family came and moved all of my boxes and quite a bit of my furniture. The only stuff left to move was my larger furniture. I called Premier the day before and gave them the heads up that there was less to move. They sent 3 men instead of 4, which wasn't unexpected. Because I had already moved so much, I was really shocked that it cost almost as much as the amount quoted.
Having said that, they guys that moved me did a great job. They worked hard, were very professional and handled my furniture with care. My problem is that I feel the estimate was way too low. I don't think I would use them in the future because the estimate can't be trusted.

It went far better than I thought it was going to go. After hearing all the horror stories about moving it went better than I thought. They may hit a wall here or there but there was no real problems. They were on time, helpful, and they cleaned up after everything was done. I would really have no complaints about them at all.

The entire process went very smoothly. We were extremely impressed from our first contact with Joseph Bjerk who came to our home, explained the process, provided an estimate and patiently answered our many questions. Our driver Shane did a wonderful job of packing and loading our possessions, answering our questions and taking care of all arrangements needed for the move. Shane was very professional, personable, organized, efficient and caring. He arrived on the date and time for pickup, as promised and delivered our possessions on the date and time as promised. There is nothing negative to report with any part of the process or any staff member. We would highly recommend this Mayflower location and staff to anyone interested in having an excellent moving experience!

They had two people that were packing our things. One of the packers put a jar of prego sauce and a bottle of fudge sauce in the middle of my crystal in a box together. He should have put the other items in the box with the can goods, but the packers put these goods in with my crystal on purpose. They broke a statue that was over a hundred years old which was they only wrapped in one sheet of paper. They offered only us 60 cents a pound to make up for the issue. One of the packers had an attitude because he did not want to do the job. Everything that went missing or was broken was from the packer with the attitude. The woman I dealt with at the office was very nice and responsive. The driver was outstanding and understood our frustrations with the packers.

"I apologize for the damage and attitude of our packer. From the customer's description we have identified the packer and he has since had a refresher class on packing and we have had a discussion about his attitude. Normally Ron does a very good job for us, he has been with me for 20 plus years. We will continue to monitor his attention to customer service and his skill set and make sure he stays on the professional road for our customers. In regards to the offer of $.60 per pound for settlement, movers are required to offer two levels of valuation. The first is basic and is free and is for $.60 per pound per article. If a 10 lb chair is damaged, we will reimburse you for $6.00 for the damage or to replace the chair. This is not the valuation we recommend and customers have to actually sign separately that they want this level of valuation. It's similar to having a new car and only carrying basic insurance, if you get in an accident you won't be happy with the insurance settlement. The other level is full valuation, there is a reasonable fee for this and your items are repaired or replaced at current cost. This is what we recommend. This particular customer chose the basic valuation and since there was damage, it was unfortunatelysettled at $.60 per pound."

I communicated primarily with Chuck Jerore. We had a specific time frame in which we wanted the move done and they were very accommodating as far as working with our schedule. I interviewed three companies and their prices were comparable but a little less expensive than the other providers.

They did an excellent job. I have been impressed with their professionalism and promptness. They are also very careful with your belongings. The first time I used their service they broke one item and it was no hassle to have it fixed and paid for by them.

They did packing, crating, and the moving. When they delivered everything the movers did a lot of the reassembling. They did a such a great job and made the process of moving easy. They were in constant contact with us which relieved stress.

The company was excellent. Personal service throughout the entire process. People who packed and picked up our items and the men who delivered them were very professional. They were very helpful, offering suggestions with packing to help make our experience even better. The price they quoted was the correct price in the end. I would use them again.

The movers and drivers were extremely professional, respectful of our belongings and very organized with the move. My phone calls were returned promptly and professionally. Moving is such a stressful event and these people removed as much of that stress as they possibly could. I would recommend them to everyone. They make moving feel so much easier. Step one (pack, load, move to storage) was excellent. On time, really nice, capable crews, great care taken including moving grand piano. Will not know total outcome until August when goods are offloaded in NV, but based on what has happened so far and the responsiveness of Gary (agent) Marissa (coordinator) and Tom (Lead mover), we have a high degree of comfort and confidence.

I had a feeling that a couple of things got damaged but it was nothing I could prove. They worked hard. It was a 9 hour move and nobody was sloughing off. They arrived on time. There was a quoted price but it exceeded that because it took longer but I thought the price was reasonable. They had 6 people and it required 2 smaller trucks. I would use them again.

The workers were professional and very courteous and when they couldn't fit everything in the truck they scheduled for the move, they went all the way back to the old house to get the rest of the furniture and they didn't charge me an extra fee. The final bill was very fair judging by the hours they put in. They didn't increase the price and they worked hard and got everything done. I would use them again in the future.
