A recent hire for lawn maintenance - they sent out crew to assess - but this is just the first week so just starting with that service - meanwhile, a large tree limb fell & tho this wasn't the service that I had arranged - when I called they came out quickly & cleared away fallen tree limb asap - was great

They arrived on time, did the removal and then thoroughly cleaned up around the entire home, as well as out in the street once the job was complete. We were impressed by this! They even reinstalled our small garden fence, which we appreciated as did our small dog! Once we repair the damage to our home, we will definitely call them again to reinstall a new patio and some soft scape, as well. They made a stressful job, for us, very easy.

It went very well. They came when they said they would. Actually did our job in the winter with snow and cold temps. Very professional, cleaned up well and everything looks good

It went very well. The landscaping materials have generally done very well and were large specimens. The landscape architect put together a lovely design and was very responsive to our preferences. The installation crew worked very hard and everyone was very pleasant.

Came out within 1 week to discuss what we wanted done. E-mailed a quote within 24 hours. We accepted and were given a date for the one day project. Came out a week later on the day scheduled and did a beautiful job. Very professional people did a great job and cleanup. Received a call the next day to ask how we liked the job, did it meet our expectations and did we have any issues that needed to be addressed. We had one small issue with the brick step redo and one of the workers came out 2 days later to take care of what we wanted adjusted. This was a very insignificant issue that may have bordered on ridiculousness, but they took care of it promptly. Can't thank them enough for wanting to make sure we were 100% satisfied.

I had no problems and was satisfied.

They were on time, did exactly what they said they would do. They were courteous. They removed the deck boards my husband forgot to remove. They cleaned up after themselves. Since it has been very rainy in Michigan since the work was done, we don't know how well it has worked at keeping the water out of the basement.

Great Oaks Landscape is without a doubt the best landscaping company in Michigan. I have worked with 3 different "elite" landscaping firms and Great Oaks Landscape did more then just surpass them. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for so they gave several photos of different styles of landscapes for my backyard landscape. They worked WITH ME the entire time and mybackyard is now my favorite part of my house.

I'm a very "need to know" type person, so I needed a Landscape Architect company that not only would design/install me a beautiful landscape but I also needed a personal relationship. I just have to know what stage of the design/build they are on or I'll drive my self crazy. I got what I wanted and much more!!!!  

Great Oaks Landscape Associates created the most elegant, jaw-dropping landscape I couldn't even dream of. I had high expectations but WOW. My backyard was on a steep hill so I didn't think they could do much with it. Instead they installed a bluestone patio leading from my backyard door and actually used the hill to enhance the landscape. They used dark wooden steps that lead to the most amazing patio I've ever seen. It has a built in fire pit, outdoor furniture, exotic trees (I looked them up they shipped them from Oregon), and the most beautiful flower garden. They also made different levels of my back yard using stone retaining walls with Annuals and Hydrangeas. I'm definitiy uploading photos so you can see. BTW that was just my BACKYARD!!!!

They have amazing customer service too. The owner of the company would call me at least once a week to make sure I loved it (Even though he knew I did). They gave me  FREE Annual Flowers and a  10% discount on my maintenance. Their maintenance workers are just as friendly and extremelly hard workers. You can tell that Great Oaks Landscape has great management because all of their employees had a smile on their face and you could tell they loved what they do. I strongly suggest hiring Great Oaks Landscaping. Its located in Novi, Michigan. I promise you contact them. If you live in Michigan I STRONGLY suggest hiring Great Oaks Landscape ? ?
