After initial contact via e mail, the response with a phone call was fast. A follow up with our blinds type, sizes and quantities via e mail, made for a reply with estimates and proposed dates that was prompt and competitive. The day of the service, the technical team showed up on time, introduced themselves and proceeded to remove the blinds in a manner that showed knowledge, experience and caring for our blinds and the areas where they needed to work. After the removal, the cleaning of the blinds inside their mobile unit took place. This was the longest process during the entire project Once completed, the blinds were brought back inside; they were still a bit damped but we were told this in advance. The silhouettes looked specially good...almost like when first installed. The honeycombs were also good....the color and the light coming through looked so much better. The installing process was prompt and the technical team did a good job in placing every piece of furniture previously moved, back in their place.
The technical team also performed a good job in fixing cords and repairing one of our honeycomb blind. They work like new!
We were told to wait for a couple of hours for the blinds to dry. After that, we noticed that the longest and heaviest blind in our home, by the breakfast nook, showed an area at the very bottom of the blind when fully extended to the floor, with some marks and lines.
We called Michelle and she was prompt to reply assuring us that the technical team will come back to clean that blind again. The cleaning took place on the agreed day with great results and improvement. Our blind had some spots that after 15+ years are just not possible to remove. Even so, this blind and the rest look great!
