COMPLETE PIANO SERVICE

Initial call was answered and we found a date within a couples weeks for the tuning. He was right on time for the appointment and did a great job. We will use him again in the future.

John was prompt in returning our calls and showing up for the appointments. I was only present for the piano tuning at home, but he spent a great deal of time working with our piano and providing feedback on the piano. My husband is very pleased with the tone quality and work. John was friendly and very professional. The pianos at church sound amazing after his work. We were very pleased.

I called to make an appointment and left a message on his answering machine. He returned my call the following day. He told me the time he would arrive. He called on the day to say he was running late and arrived at the new time. He was pleasant and worked fast. He told us the piano would need tuning in about 5 more years, based upon the condition he found it in and the last time it was tuned. He also recommended how to fix the bench since the bottom had fallen out.
