Several years ago, we bought a bank-owned house with a lot of problems.  About three years ago, the boiler went out.  We called another HVAC guy, who said everything was gummed up and it had to be replaced, at a cost of about $10,000.  We called John, at Complete Mechanical Solutons.  He re-built and cleaned it at a cost of about $1,000, replacing incorrectly installed natural gas fittings in the process (we are on propane).  It has worked fine ever since.  I figure he saved us about $9,000.

He answered the phone at ~2 in the morning and agreed to meet me at 8am. He arrived at 8am and performed the work stated above. I now have heat, which is really good because it's one of those below 0and deg; days.
