Excellent same day service

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Blind Cleaning Services. Dave was the person I called to inquire about their services and also the one who came to take down the blinds, take them back to the shop and clean them, and then he brought them back the next day (they have another person who makes any repairs). Dave was very pleasant both on the phone as well as when he came to my house,. It was evident to me that he knew what he was doing when he took the blinds down and put them back. I couldn't ask for a nicer person to do the job! To schedule my appointment, I talked to Lori who was very accomodating with me on scheduling the service. And Lori also called me the next day when Dave would return with the blinds. She, too, was very pleasant on the phone. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their blinds cleaned and repaired.

Fixed the same day!

Talked to Dave and got an estimate on the phone. They had a cancellation that day and were able to service our blinds instead. The technician was extremely careful removing and handling our blinds. A few hours later I got a call the blinds were cleaned and ready to be delivered and re-installed. The tech arrived, re-installed all the blinds until nearly 9 PM.

I am so happy that we went with Blind Cleaning Service to purchase our new Alta blinds. This was the 4th company we asked to bid and we knew we had the right company from the first phone call. Dave Nauti was great to work with; he's a true professional who understands customer service. They were installed today and we love them! We got honeycomb blinds again and the mechanism feels like quality. We had a problem with the fit of one of the blinds; it was not their fault as it was due to a skewed new window frame and Dave and Lou immediately ordered us a new one. Installation was quick and Mike left everything nice and clean. Without a doubt, when it comes to having them cleaned, we will be coming back to Blind Cleaning Service.

My 20 year old blinds look and function like new.  I'm very happy.  Jason took the time to explain the process and let me know up front about the possible problems that come with older blinds.  Fortunately, all went well and I am very happy with the results.

It went super well. The blinds look great! Using the ultrasonic method is great because even the cords came clean, which were literally gold colored from the smoking. Jason is very nice and I love that he gives you a precise time to arrive, not a window. I would definitely recommend this service!

Service provider helped me take blinds out of my car, looked them over, and gave me rough estimate.  He also answered my numerous questions about how they would be cleaned.  Gave me important information about how they are cleaned and showed me the equipment he used to clean them.
Answered my questions about how to hang them without drilling into the window frame and advised me of my options to purchase some new blinds I needed.
The owner was extremely helpful and gave me his contact information in case I had questions. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them for blind cleaning.

Jason was amazing--responsive, punctual, courteous, friendly, detail-oriented and exceptional at his job. I actually enjoyed talking to him as he worked. He took the time to do things right, even going the extra mile to vacuum the area before he re-hung the blinds. He also recommended a Hunter Douglas representative to assist me in ordering replacement blinds for the master bedroom. In summary, Jason is a true professional (which is rare to find these days), and I will be using his services annually, as well as recommending him to friends and family.

We had all our window shades cleaned over the holidays in a single day.  I dropped them off in the morning and they were ready and waiting for me at 1:00 as promised.  Great turn around!  The actual cleaning job was also very good especially considering that these shades are 11 years old and this was their first cleaning.  I dealt with Jason who was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process.  This was a real pleasurable experience and I would recommend Jason to anyone.

We took the blinds to them as an alternate arrangement. We could either have them come out to our home for an additional fee or take in the blinds. I paid about an additional $50 to have some additional blinds cleaned. The staff was very professional and friendly. They did a good job and I had no problem scheduling the service.

They were on time and professional. The cost was higher than we expected but lower than the other quote. Also, they were very flexible with moving dates around.

I purchased the service through the Angie's List Big Ticket. The Big Ticket cost $100 for $200 worth of cleaning.
I took the blinds to the location for cleaning, but they do offer a pick up/drop off service for an additional $120.
Jason explained the process and I returned the following day to pick them up. They were spotless and well packaged. The valance clips can be difficult and he suggested that we attach the valances with velcro. He showed me how to do it and we took his suggestion - much easier.
Overall, very happy.

Was quoted an estimated cost of $1.50 / sq. ft. (72 sq. ft. or $108.00 in this case). The bill came to $239.96, so I'm assuming the balance was for pick up and delivery. I used the $200 for $99 "Big Deal" so my total outlay was $138.96.

Jason really provided such excellent service. I had purchased the Angie's list deal for $200 worth of cleaning for $99. I paid extra to have the blinds removed and then re-installed. He came on Tuesday to remove the blinds and returned on Thursday to re-install them. One of the blinds he was unsure of how to clean, so he contacted Hunter Douglas to find out the correct cleaning procedure. I really appreciate that he went out of his way to make sure the job was done right! When the blinds came back they literally looked like brand new! I have white faux wood blinds and even though I've dusted them, the cords still looked dirty. Not any more....really like new. If you need any blinds cleaned I would give them a call.

The service was excellent. When Jason came to clean the blinds I must say I was very embarassed by how dirty they were. I was not optomistic about how they would turn out. After they were cleaned they were beautiful - perfectly clean! He did an amazing job! I will definitely be a return customer.
