Floors, kitchen, appliances, hard wood, tile floors, delicate ornaments. They are personable, they send two ladies (Kristina and Cody) each time and they do marvelous work. Their scheduler (Lawrence) is efficient to accommodate the customer for his schedule and needs. They are reasonably priced they come every four weeks.

There are a few people that they send out to us who really have established their reputation with us; Nikkole, Amanda, Christina, and Cody. They have become almost like daughters because of our long time contact with this company. We have a high regard for them as women and not just as cleaners. They are trustworthy, reliable and thorough and they pay attention to detail.

They are accomodating. Each time we receive the same cleaning crew. If for some reason the same crew can't come they will reschedule for another time.

It was a good experience overall, scheduling was easy, the service was a reasonable price, and bottom line the service delivered was great!

I believe that the girls should have a drug test because they were so terrible. My company could have been wiped out. I would not recommend them to anyone in the future. The left all the doors open all night long with all the keys left on the ground. Left the baskets full. They also cleaned counter tops.

used Better Maids for several months ending in July 2009. Initially I was very impressed by the professionalism and the quality of the work, however that did not last long. Items were consistently missed such as ceiling fans and drip pans. Floors were consistently sticky and they need to learn to make a bed. I always called or emailed and was told that those items would be added to the next work order. After several attempts to work through my issues I just gave up. Clean the house should be on the work order and if I needed to be more specific than that....I will move on

We have them come out every 4 months. I talked to Nick and he was very detailed in what they do and did much to suggest that they would extend themselves to make sure that the customer was satisfied with their cleaning. There were no reservations and if you needed something to given extra attention, then all you needed to do is tell them and they went right to it and had it done. It was a positive experience with them and we even stopped using another organization and went with them.

They were professional, responsive and did a very thorough job. They also made a couple of follow up phone calls to make sure that everything was ok. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

They call a day before, they are always on time and go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.
