They've been courteous with me by holding onto my computer because I haven't had the money to pay them. Their policy is that if it's over thirty days, they have the right to keep your computer but they've worked with me and it's been a great experience.

They were completely honest with us and told exactly what went wrong with it. They are not like other companies. They didn't ask to pay for extra services that we didn't need. The prices were good and reasonable. It was way below than another company we used before.
