Excellent customer service and great communication. Punctual with great attention to details, which many of the contacted mold remediation companies lacked. Answered all our questions in depth and made his knowledge and experience available to us for further questions. The owner went over and above to explain the process and to work with our budget and our particular situation. A comprehensive scope of work was made available to us along with a quote. They fully sealed the mold infested area to prevent any potential mold spores spreading to other parts of the house and had all walking areas leading to the mold infested room protected.  They used a negative air machine, HEPA filters to capture microscopic spores, and applied non toxic EPA registered fungicidal protective coating. That was very important to us, since we heard a lot of those products used by mold removal companies are toxic chemicals. 10 year warranty on the protective coating was even better - for those who are doubting the strength to the products that are water soluble, safe and non toxic! The owner also gave us valuable tips how to go about some other (non-mold related) issues we had, which was not included in the scope of the work performed. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work performed and also customer service and price - I highly recommend AAQ!

I had an ongoing leak in my attic that caused mold to grow. I also had a smell coming from the crawlspace. I originally contacted AAQ, Inc and got through to someone after hours and on the weekend. They took a message and immediately (minutes later) Larry from the company called me back. He was so helpful and informative. He literally stayed on the phone with me for as long as I needed him to, which ended up being about 45 minutes. He never made me feel like an inconvienence. After receiving a quote from AAQ and two other companies, I came to the easy decision that I wanted AAQ to do the work. They were the most reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. They were also the most professional and helpful from the beginning. I told them that I wanted the work done as soon as possible and he was able to rearrange things to accomodate my schedule on the day of my choosing. It worked out so perfectly and smoothly. AAQ, Inc was the company out of the three that I contacted that had the most outstanding customer service and the MOST knowledgeable staff. Everyone was unbelieveably helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone that was in the need for any sort of mold cleanup. If you have a smell or a mold problem, they would do a great job at a great price.
