I admit talking with them they are very nice. However, they would show up at 2am and plow snow wake the entire house. When I did call and ask to have it plowed much later I could only get it to around 6am. Which was nice. They would plow and only run the blade maybe twice up and down the drive and never actually dropped the blade to clean the driveway so it still looks like a bad job. The end of the drive is barely able to get the car in. They do not seem to like to come in the daytime (I have asked and left voice mail to please have my drive cleared), I would get it at they route early in the morning. When they do show up to actually plow it is before the city plow goes through and it makes anything they did worthless. We have been waiting for more than a week for trying to get our driveway plowed and only get their answering machine and no return calls. I think they should stick to just landscape work. I do realize we are getting a lot of blowing snow this week, part of the job would be to only take on what you can handle. It has never be a factor of cost, I just prefer to have the driveway clear. I have got stuck twice in my own drive. If they don't want to work in the winter, don't offer it.

We were given a quote on removing bushes from around our porch and remove two pine trees. The quote was for around $800. . We told them that they had to be hand dug, because the sprinkler lines were
under them. The guys came to work on them, and I left for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, the guys tied the bushes to the back of their truck, pulled
them out, and broke the main sprinkler line. Water shot above the porch.
The house was locked, except for one door in the back. They called Mike
Rose and he had to come from where ever he was to find out where to
turn off the water in the house. When I returned, NOTHING was mentioned
to me about the water incident. They left, and I went outside and looked
at the work. The line was broke. We did not receive a call from the owner telling us what happened! I called the office HOURS later and asked what happened. They did come and repair the line, but
they paid nothing towards the $900 water bill that we received for that
period! I sent him a letter stating that I was unhappy, and he never
responded.

They arrived on time and did a great job.

They are awesome. They were here every day, everything was cleaned up, and my yard was never a mess. They did a great job with the fence, they hauled away all of the garbage, and there was no sign that they were here except for the new fence. Their workers are very dedicated and it was everything I expected and more.
