+ -1 moreEverything was fixed and in tip top shape when they left. The sod was replaced where they had to dig up the front yard to find the leak. We have been using Werner for the past 11 years - both at our home and at our place of business. Would highly recommend them!
Description of Work: Werner came out to trace and repair a leak in our sprinkler system. They also reset our timeclock (since I can't figure it out!). They tested all the zones and re-aimed some heads. Found one other head that was not working properly and replaced that one as well.

+ -1 moreI was quoted $10 above the normal rate which she reported to be $65. The quote I was given was 75 because it was late in the season. When I questioned her on the numbers that she gave me. she became very irritated. I have used their services in the past without complaints, until now. This time she recommended that I go take my business elsewhere because she doesn't think that we can continue to do business in the future. The next thing I heard was the phone hanging up. Not only rude, but unprofessional as well.
Description of Work: I called to set up the sprinkler winterization.

+ 0 moreI am incredibly pleased with the work and applaud the professionalism of the crew from Werner Landscaping. I highly recommend Werner Landscaping and intend on using them for future landscaping needs.
Description of Work: We had several sections of our yard that were overgrown with weeds, large shrubs and ivy. Dave with Werner Landscaping came for a walk through and estimate and was incredibly helpful with suggestions and recommendations for services. He did not push for anything extra and was straight forward with all the intended work. I received the proposal for the job quickly and was put on the schedule within two weeks of acceptance of proposal (this during peak season). The services completed were removal of three large over grown shrubs, rototilling of garden, removal and rototilling of ivy, plant beds prepped and mulched and all debris removed.

+ 1 moreThey are wonderful, we have been using them for the past 8 years, they do a wonderful job keeping the lawns clear, we have lots of wooded land and lots in our subdivision so they do a wonderful job clearing fallen trees with out having to get a forestry service in. They are always fairly priced. If we ever have an issue or want to add anything they will come right out and address it. I love dealing with such a wonderful family company who takes pride in their work. I love the one of the owners is always on site with the crew to make sure that the job is done correctly the first time and there is no miss communication.
Description of Work: We have used them for years for out landscaping, lawn service, and sprinkler systems for the past 8 years.

+ 1 moreThey are a good company. It is a family owned and operated company and they are friendly and efficient. They always come out when we have arranged for it and they have always been easy to deal with.
Description of Work: Werner Landscaping has been doing my lawn for a few years now. They also do tree service and when a storm knocked down one of my trees they came to cut it up and remove it.

+ -1 moreThe downed tree issue resulted in a member of the firm inspecting the situation the same day. This was a large tree that had split in the trunk with about 75% falling down and extending onto a neighbor's lot. I gave them the go ahead and they returned withing 24 hours to remove both the fallen section of the tree and the remaining upright portion. They removed everything and cleaned up well. This quick service was particularly important since weather conditions were to worsen again soon and there was a danger of the remaining portion fallling into the house.
Description of Work: This is the date the company performed an emergency downed tree removal within 24 hours. But even more importantly, they have been performing regular lawn and yard maintenance at my residence since 2004. It is a family operation and all members provide excellent quality work and have been thoroughly dependable throughout this time. In addition to each of the home workers being friendly and helpful, Dana, who manages customer service, is consistently friendly, helpful and reliable.
