Everything was fixed and in tip top shape when they left. The sod was replaced where they had to dig up the front yard to find the leak. We have been using Werner for the past 11 years - both at our home and at our place of business. Would highly recommend them!

They are wonderful, we have been using them for the past 8 years, they do a wonderful job keeping the lawns clear, we have lots of wooded land and lots in our subdivision so they do a wonderful job clearing fallen trees with out having to get a forestry service in. They are always fairly priced. If we ever have an issue or want to add anything they will come right out and address it. I love dealing with such a wonderful family company who takes pride in their work. I love the one of the owners is always on site with the crew to make sure that the job is done correctly the first time and there is no miss communication.

The downed tree issue resulted in a member of the firm inspecting the situation the same day. This was a large tree that had split in the trunk with about 75% falling down and extending onto a neighbor's lot. I gave them the go ahead and they returned withing 24 hours to remove both the fallen section of the tree and the remaining upright portion. They removed everything and cleaned up well. This quick service was particularly important since weather conditions were to worsen again soon and there was a danger of the remaining portion fallling into the house.
