I have been working with Lawn Warden for several years now for lawn cutting and other small jobs, their performance has been OK. But their response time is just horrible. I wanted to take time and write a review of my most recent experience, so nobody will have to go thru the pain i have gone thru. I wanted to get a medium sized landscape job done at my home, as I was looking for contractors, I wanted to give Lawn Warden (Ervin) opportunity to work on my job, as they claim to have done landscape jobs on their website. The nightmare just began, I contacted late February 2019 to come and review my project and give me a quote. After several emails and phone calls Ervin came late April to look at the scope of the project and it took another 2 months (that is late June to provide me a Quote). Immediately, I put 50% deposit and they gave a tentative date of late july 2019. As I didnt hear from Ervin in late July, I called and emailed (literally 100's of calls and emails), but NO RESPONSE and finally i got an email from their billing lady Ginger early September that they will not able to do my project and will be returning my deposit. I waited more than 6 months for these guys and with one email they cancelled my project. Now im back to square one and need to find somebody to do my project before snow starts coming. This is absolutely an unprofessional company and I would not recommend anyone to do any business with these guys. Sorry Ervin, I gave you many chances!!!!!

I switched to Lawn Warden a few years ago and have been very happy. I now use them for almost all my landscape services. Pricing is competitive, and work quality is good. My only wish was that their schedule would permit mowing my house later in the week, such that the yard looks better over the weekend. They take online payments - a rarely offered convenience.

They do an excellent job. They're really neat and always on time.

We used the Lawn Warden for or yard services for about 15 years and they did a great job. Showed up every week, cut, edged, blew off the deck and sidewalks. We contracted with them every year and prepaid for the entire season. Then the first week of June 2015 they didn't show up. We called and didn't hear back and a few days later got a letter in the mail that said they could no longer service our yard and sent a refund check. No explanation. Couldn't they have let us know a few weeks in advance?? They had been coming weekly since April and then just quit. If you've ever tried to find a weekly yard service company in June you know how difficult it is; companies are already into the season and can't take new customers. I used Angie's List and still could not find a service. Finally got someone suggested by the Weingarten's store---who did a crummy job all summer and overcharged us. Never realized what a great job the Lawn Warden guys did till we had to find someone else. But they get an "F" for professionalism for the way they left us stranded.

We were happy with our service for the first year, until we were abruptly dropped a month or so into summer. We paid up front for the summer and fall and then received a letter, no phone call, that they could no longer mow our yard. This was already a month into summer and we have not been able to find another lawn care service provider. Everyone is booked. It has been quite frustrating. Ha
I would not recommend them. If you care about your customers, then you don't drop them (and surrounding neighbors) when the season has already begun. Horrible. Just horrible. There is no loyalty to customers with The Lawn Warden.

They are fantastic. They really do a good job. They are on time, responsive, never had a complaint with this provider.

They are always on time and very professional.  I have used them for at least 10 years or more and they also have done my lawn for the same period of time.  Highly recommended.

The service is excellent! Soon after the snow stops the guys are plowing my driveway. They will comeback after the city plows the street to clear the drive near the road. They hand shovel the walk way every time. What makes them special is the consistency and overall good work.

The mowing team are hard working men who take their jobs seriously. They each have a task and work well with each other. The keep a profile card for each customer to insure the lawn is cut the same way each week.

Lawn Warden made a lot of sense. He was able to give me a decent estimate of what it could be and gave it to me in writing.. I thought it was honest and a better approach in trying to give me a flat price. They did a wonderful job and charged me less than what the other provider gave. I asked them to come back to give me a price because I want them to go over my flowerbeds, remove the old edging, come up with some kind of new edging and do the mulching for the year. I'm impressed in general. They were very good. They were in and out.

I actually learned about this company from a flyer they left at my home. I called and left a message and Earvin called the very next day and agreed to come out and estimate the cost of my lawn services. After getting a couple of estimates, I decided to go with this company. They got started w/ the mowing right away. I was very happy with the service and they did a good job. The spring clean up took a while for them to actually do. I contacted Earvin about 2-3 weeks later and he explained they were very busy but would get to it soon. At that point I was thinking I would just have my nephews do the work and just use the company for the mowing. Well, the following Sunday I walked out and it was like someone had transformed my lawn. It looked great!! I'm so glad I waited. They exceeded my expectations. I really don't even know when they did it. We were home most of the day and the day before. They must have been extremely quick or extremely quiet. Whatever it was, I'm pleased. They are definitely a keeper and I will likely just pay for the seasonal service next year.

This is a professional, quality company. You get what you pay for and more. Prompt, professional, courteous. If there you call the company regarding any questions or issues the owner, Ervin, will call you back personally to answer your question or address your concern. The bottom line: My yard always looks wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

I pay them on a yearly basis and they deducted about a month off of the total price by prepaying for the entire season. There are about twenty eight cuts within the season. They come out on a weekly basis.

They are reasonably priced, very efficient, and I've had no issues with them at all. I have never had to call them, they just show up and do the work as scheduled. I schedule at the beginning of spring and that's it.
