The generator has been running fine ever since. When we have a power outage it starts automatically. It is attached to the gas line and when your power goes off it kicks on automatically. If we are on vacation and there is an issue we don't have to worry. Very reliable and nice people. They have a few different people that hook the system up to the house an electrician and a plumber. Having the generator is very important to us. They done a great job.

I dropped off mower that wouldn't start. Toro mower had 2yr warranty, and 3yrs on guaranteed start program. The mower was within the 3rd year and just didn't want to start. I changed out the old gas - no luck.
I figured it was under warranty so I dropped it off at Marks. They quickly told me it was not under warranty. I let them know it was and provided proof - they agreed. I asked to be contacted before any charges were incurred for items not covered. They noted it, said they were running 4 weeks behind.
Fast forward 6 weeks, I called them as I hadn't heard back and they said it was ready. Like the other reviewer stated, there were 3 people behind the counter, no one makes eye contact with me as I'm just standing there for a few minutes. I finally get their attention, show my claim stub it took them 20 minute to get the mower out front, and then the lady says and quot;it's $83and quot;. I again tolk them it was under warranty. She said I needed to wait for Mark, who was and quot;welding in the backand quot;. Waited another 20 minutes in the store (with my wife in the car), no Mark. I finally spoke up and said I was waiting too long and needed to get going. Mark then came out and we spoke for about 1 minute - he told me they performed blade sharpening, changed plug, oil change and gas cleanout all - nothing covered by toro. I was frustrated and I left without the mower and then call Toro customer support. They opened a case and said they would pay for the charges except $11 in parts, but Toro told me Mark agreed not to charge me that either as a courtesy (which I thought was nice considering the hassle and lost time).
I went back to pick it up a few days later, and was asked to pay the $11. I paid it without a word just so I could get the heck out of there. Still waited another 20 minutes for them to get the mower out of the back room.
Not a pleasant experience - a LOT of time lost trying to get them to do the right thing. I would go elsewhere.

The job entailed installing a generator for a 1800 square foot house. It did not include running the A/C.
Mark, the owner, came by with his electrical and mechanical men to check out the job and gave us an estimate of $5600.00. Then the electrical and mechanical men came over again soon after to double check the job, and in a week from the first call the job was finished. Mark and his men were very quick to return calls. Very professional!
