"My business partner, Amy, and I respect and appreciate the views and opinions of all our clients. We've been in business for many years and have prided ourselves on all the outstanding and wonderful reviews we have received. It is a testament to our determination to provide a high standard of cleaning services coupled with integrity, fairness, and honesty. One way we achieve this status is through our vigorous training process that follows a background check for all potential workers of this company. Good character is our first prerequisite. With that said, I'd like to specifically address the above review that we feel is ungrounded. With all due respect to what this client believes, her story just does not add up on our end. First, this complaint was made five weeks after it supposedly happened. We find that very odd in addition to her reason why it took so long for her to contact us. Secondly, the worker she is referring to has worked for this company for years and has an abundance of regular customers, young and old. There has been nothing but reverence and praise for her work ethics. Amy and I know her personally and her good character and integrity have been on display for us for a long time. She's had every opportunity in the past to reveal a contrary side to her. She's been in and out of homes almost daily for the past few years, often while a client is not home. We have never received one complaint against her in way, shape, or form. She was aghast by the accusation and vehemently denied it happened. Thirdly, we simple must go with our gut instinct on this situation. Unfortunately, there is no proof one way or another to substantiate either side. But, we believe it did not happen and feel compelled to stand behind a woman who we believe in. That is not to say, if we were ever faced again with a situation such as this, that we'd see things the same way. We are honest and fair people and would admit to any wrong doing we believe we are responsible for. Thankfully, it's not something our company has often had to do, outside admitting to accidentally breaking something, which we have always compensated for. We hold no ill will towards this client. I know she believes this occurrence happened, so I suspect another "bad" review will be on its way. With all due respect to her, we will not respond further as we've made our beliefs and intensions clear."

We do our due diligence on our end to ensure, to the best of our ability, that all of our workers are well trained and pass a background check prior to the commencement of working for this company. We have been servicing homes and offices for over seven years with the best of reviews and respect from our clients. Our standards of cleaning are high as well as our standards of personal character for those who wish to work for this company. If truth be told, we hired a woman a couple of years ago that stole a piece of jewelery from someone. She was fired immediately upon the discovery, convicted, and went to jail. In that particular instance, my partner and I had reason to believe the accusation was true and did everything in our power to ensure justice was served. So we are very sensitive to these types of issues, even though it'[Member Information Removed] very rare for this company. And unfortunately it must boil down to what our gut tells us about these delicate circumstances, especially if there is no proof to prove it. In the above mentioned review, we simply just did not find it credible. The cleaning lady whom she is referring to has been with the company for years. She is well revered, well loved, and has exceptional character. She has served her clients for years with nothing but praise. She has had every opportunity in the past years to display a contrary character, especially since most of her clients are not home when she'[Member Information Removed] cleaning. But we've never heard of one complaint against her. We stand by her character, her work ethic, and therefore do not believe that the she is responsible for this claim. A claim, by the way, that we received 5 weeks after it supposedly happened. I'm sorry. It simply does not make sense to us. And we are not ruining the good name of a woman we believe is not responsible for this act of indecency. That is not to say we always view it that way. We are fair and honest people. But a lot can happen in a home over a span of a month and more. We very much regret this situation. And we will continue to do our best to maintain the high integrity of this company. Our clients are so very important to us, just as the good women that work for the company are as well."
